Art Characteristics And Performance Analyses Of Liebestraum(Ⅲ) Composed By Liszt

Franz Liszt was a musician of the Romantic period in the 19 th century as well as a great musician in the history of European music.His piano works show rich symphonic effects and reflect the outstanding performance on pianos.Consequently,Liszt has made a great contribution to the development of the piano.Liebestraum is an excellent piano work for him,the third of which is particularly outstanding.This paper mainly starts from art characteristics and performance analyses,and states some understanding on this work.It adopts literature review method,music analysis method and historical approach in order to analyse and generalize art characteristics of Liebestraum(III),meanwhile,it combines practical experience with theoretical research to explore how to improve the performance strategies.By means of the music ontology analysis of Liebestraum(III),and further in-depth analyses of the inherent characteristics of music,this paper summarizes its art characteristics,which are poetry and music corresponding,sound and meaning fusion,and symphonic thinking.Liebestraum(III)corresponds to the poetry on the content,structure and emotional expression respectively,and interprets poetry in music.By analyzing difficulties of playing and comparing different versions played by different players,the paper gains an improvement from practice to theory,and further applies theoretical analyses to practical performance.
