Local culture represents the image and cultural connotation of the place.It has been changing continuously over thousands of years of precipitation and time.The popularity of short videos in recent years has undoubtedly provided new ideas for the development and dissemination of local culture.In era of convergence media,local cultural elements are integrated into short videos that combine the advantages of new media communication,and integrated into a short video of local culture.Local culture is used as the content type of short videos.The cultural charm stands out and provides innovation for the content of the short video.The short video also provides a media platform for releasing the vitality of local culture.The combination of the two is mutually reinforcing and mutually reinforcing.Nowadays,the media’s communication advantages have been integrated with resources.Local cultural short videos have both opportunities and challenges in the process of transmission.In order for local culture to maximize the effectiveness of communication strategies in the transmission of short videos,it is necessary to carry out a systematic theoretical analysis of various elements in the communication strategy,and to explore various issues that arise during the transmission process.The problem proposes feasible improvement strategies.This paper regards the media as the background of the times.Through the research and combination of the concepts related to local culture and short video,this paper uses the literature research method and case analysis method to analyze the elements of local cultural short video communication from the perspective of communication.The article analyzes the main elements of local cultural short videos from five aspects: the subject,the object,the method,the content,and the effect of the communication.It also analyzes the creation process of the graduation work.Graduation works are mainly based on local culture and are shot in the form of short videos.The graduation works are summarized in the three short video platforms with different types of accounts,and combined with the current local cultural short video dissemination status,the existing content of the dissemination process is summarized from the three major aspects of dissemination content,media and effect.In view of these problems,we also analyze from the above three aspects,and put forward related strategies for improvement.Therefore,the communication elements,existing problems,and improvement strategies are echoed systematic research.This article incorporates real cases into the theory,with a view to putting forward practical and feasible improvement strategies for the development and dissemination of local cultural short videos to help them develop healthily and rapidly.
