| With Japanese cultural environment of "healing culture" popular,the food movies emerged at the right moment in Japan.Most of these films show the living states of individuals in the flood of life through the accumulation of life details,weakening the narrative conflicts.Food also plays an important role in the character relationship in the film.This paper aims to analyze the production models of Japanese food films and their references from different points of view like cultural background,narrative characteristics,artistic representation,visual culture and so on through the intensive reading of Japanese food films such as "Little Forest" series,"Seagull Canteen" and "The Chef of South Polar",etc.Chapter one is about the introduction,The author sorts out some domestic and foreign literature and books that are related to the Japanese "object sorrow" culture,"healing culture","visual culture" and "Japanese food film",raveling out the process and state of development about "Japanese food film".The author has realized the domestic and foreign research state about Japanese food film after collecting a lot of document literature and clarified the direction of this paper from different points of view.In chapter two,the author explains the reason why "healing culture" prevails in Japan and the cultural field it’s involved by collecting relevant information,beginning with understanding Japan’s “healing culture”.The reason not only includes the natural environment of Japan and the inherited influence of traditional culture,but also is the "low desire society" formed by over-development of industry.In chapter three,the author analyzes the narration characteristics of this kind of films such as the emotional narration of mournfulness not distress,the new family pattern of "simulative family" and the narrative rhythm of life stream,beginning with the view of “healing narrative features of Japanese food films”.There is no strong dramatic conflict in story plot,and the characters contradictions are often rubbed into the daily life in a very gentle way.Chapter four is about author’s analysis about the artistic representation of "healing" in Japanese food films,which is the manifestation of this kind of movie,including documentary shooting style,the increasing "elegance" of food aesthetics,and the "cultural orientation behind food",etc.The various artistic representations provide more ornamental value for Japanese food films and reveal the living state of the contemporary young group in Japan.In recent years,some healing slogans such as "slow life" and "enjoy it" have gradually appeared on Chinese variety shows.Chinese filmmakers are devoted to making food movies representing Chinese food culture.This paper aims to provide a similar reference for the creative practice of domestic future films by reflecting on the real sociocultural orientation of Japanese "healing culture"... |
