Research On The Phenomenon Of Cultural Feedback In The Use Of Social Media In The Context Of Digital Generation Gap

With the development of the information age,it has become normal to use smart phones to surf the Internet,and more and more people communicate with each other online.The younger generation,which has grown up with the Internet,leads the social trend,while the older generation,which is used to traditional media,is a little uneasy in this high-speed Internet era,and they need to adapt to the new media era quickly.Cultural feedback within the family has become an important means for the older generation to learn new knowledge and skills online.Under the background of digital generation gap,it is of certain theoretical and practical significance to understand the origin of the reverse feeding intention,how the reverse feeding behavior occurs,and what the reverse feeding effect will be.Taking college students and their parents as the research object,this study used questionnaire survey to explore the phenomenon of cultural feedback in the use of social media in the context of digital generation gap.The research finds that :(1)the children’s feedback feeding intention is significantly correlated with their Internet media literacy,parent-child relationship and parenting style.Among them,the Internet media literacy of the children can better predict the feedback intention of the children;(2)parental feedback intention is positively correlated with effort expectation,performance expectation,social impact and innovation spirit,among which social impact and effort expectation are the main influencing factors,and social impact can better predict parental feedback intention;(3)the reverse feeding willingness and convenience of both parents and children are positively correlated with the reverse feeding behavior,in which the reverse feeding willingness of both parents and children can better predict the reverse feeding behavior;(4)the reverse feeding intention of both parents and children and the reverse feeding behavior of the offspring are significantly correlated with the reverse feeding effect,among which the reverse feeding behavior can better predict the reverse feeding effect.Therefore,the children should pay attention to improve their own network media literacy,in the process of learning to enhance the parents feeding intention;Parents should engage more with peers who use social media to increase their willingness to be fed back.Parents and children should communicate with each other more to express their reverse feeding intention,which is conducive to the occurrence of reverse feeding behavior.
