The main work of this paper is to analyze and construct Arendt’s political theory.Arendt,an anti-traditional western political philosopher, uses phenomenological methods to analyze modern politics, and takes human condition as her theoretical foundation and logical starting point,so as to put forward her own unique understanding of politics. She believes that speech, action and plurality are the core contents of the political. This is the general content of the first chapter. On this basis, how to construct modern politics under the condition of modernity is the core problem to be solved in this paper.I try to divide Arendt’s political theory into three related issues in time and logic: the legitimacy of the beginning of modern politics, the stability of political activities and the possibility of the end of politics. With the analysis and interpretation of these three issues, the political framework of Arendt is constructed. And using Arendt’s terminology to try to solve the theoretical problems of the above three problems: the second chapter solves the legitimacy of the beginning of modern politics with the idea of "relative beginning" of the principle;the third chapter solves the stability of political activities with the objectivity of constitutional authority and the subjectivity of people’s voluntary obedience to the constitution;the fourth chapter uses the warning of totalitarianism and the threat of consumerism to analyze the possibility of political end. Finally,in the fifth chapter,it points out the theoretical contribution of Arendt’s political theory to the revival of modern western republicanism and its practical significance to the reform of China’s political system.I think her attention to the opinions of each special individual and her praise of the Republican spirit will help us to reflect and criticize the limitations of the existing political system.
