The Study Of Jiang Xizhen And His Qing Xi Poetry

Jiang Xizhen is an excellent poet in Jiangnan during Kangxi Dynasty.Qing Xi Poetry is his only extant poetry.As a poet,Jiang Xizhen was very representative of the fields he lived,which reflects the transitional feature of Qing Poetry from the early stage to the middle stage.By analyzing Jiang Xizhen and his poetic creation characteristics,it is helpful to understand the features of the local representative poets in the period of poetic transformation.And it’s also of great benefit for exploring the new and great roads the poets the poetry could arrive through him and his poetry.The paper is based on Jiang Xizhen’s poetry.It tries to clearly show poet who is interested in poetics by collecting and analyzing related information.It is mainly divided into four parts: Jiang Xizhen’s family background,friends and travelling,life and poetry anthology,through the three former parts,we can see his life and find out the influence on the style of his poetry,which could be the basis to research the features of his poetry creation.The forth part is concentrated upon Qing Xi Poetry,analysing Jiang Xizhen’s artistic features of poetry.Finally,we can draw a conclusion on his influenceand status in the poetic circle of Jiangnan.
