At the opening ceremony of the first Chinese Beijing Cuisine Food Culture Festival in 2017,the concept of "Beijing Cuisine" was first defined and released,so Beijing cuisine as an independent cuisine was displayed in front of everyone.As an important part of Beijing cuisine,the study of the name of Beijing cuisine is also of great significance.Therefore,on the basis of the corpus collected through recipes,network,hotel menu and so on,this paper studies the name of Beijing cuisine from three aspects: language ontology,semantic rationale and cultural rationale,in which the semantic rationale uses the relevant knowledge of the theory of physical structure in generating the lexicon theory,and classifies and analyzes the name of Beijing cuisine.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,The text is divided into five chapters,the specific content is as follows:The second chapter is the language characteristic analysis of Beijing cuisine name.This paper mainly analyzes the phonetic characteristics of the name of Beijing cuisine from the characteristics of syllable and rhythm;analyzes the structural characteristics of the name of Beijing cuisine from the grammatical structure;and analyzes the rhetorical devices in the name of Beijing cuisine.The third chapter is the semantic analysis of the name of Beijing cuisine.Taking the theory of qualia structure as the main semantic rationale,this paper analyzes the name of Beijing cuisine from four aspects of qualia structure,that is,constitutive role,formal role,telic role and agentive role,and analyzes the selection tendency of Beijing cuisine name to qualia role,finds that the composition role occupies the largest proportion and the function role appears least.The fourth chapter is the cultural rationale analysis of Beijing cuisine name.It mainly divides cultural motivation into material culture,institutional culture and psychological culture,and the name of Beijing cuisine is analyzed from the cultural aspect,in which the name of Beijing cuisine can not be explained by the theory of qualia structure is also analyzed.The fifth chapter is an overview of the general tendency of the name of Beijing cuisine.This paper summarizes the characteristics of Beijing cuisine culture,and finally analyzes Beijing cuisine culture from four aspects: inclusiveness," humanism " concept,innovation and self-confidence of food culture.The sixth chapter is the unfinished comments.This paper analyzes the non-standard phenomenon in the name of Beijing cuisine,finds out the reasons,and puts forward some suggestions to modify and standardize the name of Beijing cuisine;in addition,combined with the analysis of the article,it puts forward some suggestions on the name of Beijing cuisine,and provides a reference for the name of Beijing cuisine.
