Touching "Details"

In the art of painting,the depiction of details determines the artistic height of artistic works.Thedetails in traditional painting are the depiction of tiny details of objective things,reflecting theunique quality of things.Modernist painting is different from traditional painting.Modernistpainting pursues painting itself and the depiction of details serves the painting itself.As a modernist master full of classicism,Balthus’ s works play an important role in the history of fine arts.His works have two different characteristics: classical painting and modern painting.Through the study and analysis of Balthus’ s works,this paper discusses the expression of details in the picture and the relationship between details and painting itself.This article explores the essence of painting by analyzing and discussing the application and handling of detail factors in Balthus’ s works.At the same time,in the process of creation,I think about how to use details in my own works to truly and properly express my emotional experience,so as to improve my own practical level and find my own painting language.Combining with one’s own life experience,one can express the thoughts and inner feelings of the present young people in the picture and highlight the spirit of the times.
