Nowadays, the society is in a period of rapid development, and the pressure from all sides that people need to cope with is bigger and bigger. So the individual anxiety and the high level of neuroticism have become a universal social phenomenon. Most of the existing studies have confirmed that neuroticism may aggravate the negative emotions of the individual, which is not conducive to the healthy development of people’s physiological and psychological development. As a result, the internal mechanism of individuals with high levels of neuroticism has been given a unique meaning in the times.Felt trust,as one of the most common incentives in enterprises, plays an important role in influencing employees’ work play and emotional adjustment. The basic logic of most existing studies tends to prove that perceived trust plays a positive role in leading behavior and subordinates’ feedback, but the voice of a few voices challenged this traditional cognition. In order to have a more comprehensive understanding of the impact of felt trust, this study attempts to start from the negative mechanism of felt trust, which has a little research achievement now.Based on this, this study selected individuals with higher levels of neuroticism as the research object, and build a role stress mediator between felt trust and work insecurity’s model, and further discussed neuroticism as a regulated variable between felt trust and role pressure. In this study,545 samples’ data were obtained through online and offline.According to the general rules in the psychological experiments,327 questionnaires were selected to fill in the final data analysis. The results show that felt trust is positively correlated with excessive competition insecurity, interpersonal relationship insecurity, salary promotion insecurity and job execution insecurity, but negatively correlated with the loss of job insecurity;felt trust positively correlated with the role stress;role stress is positively correlated with excessive competition insecurity, interpersonal relationship insecurity, salary promotion insecurity and job execution insecurity, but negatively correlated with the loss of job insecurity; The role pressure play a mediated role of felt trust and job insecurity’s five dimensions;the neuroticism positively regulates to the relationship between felt trust and role stress, and also positively regulates to the mediated effect of role stress between felt trust and job insecurity. Therefore, managers should pay more attention on their personality assessment work, especially to strengthen the high levels of neuroticism staff’s understanding and attention, the dialectical view of the effects of trust incentive may bring, taking into account its two sides at the same time using trust incentive. Finally, aiming at the shortcomings and limitations of the research, this study proposes targeted research prospects, hoping to provide meaningful reference for future research.
