| In order to make the Latin dance competition system more perfect,the World Sports Dance Federation has been exploring the development of Latin dance rules in recent years.After years of practice and theoretical research,the WDSF2.1 scoring system has been launched.It brings about changes in the content of rules.The introduction of rules plays an important role in promoting the development of player technology.However,changes in new rules will also affect the performance of players’ skills.This requires players to make reasonable use of rules and adjust their own rules according to the rules.Training and competition.After the introduction of the new rules,the training arrangements for Latin dancers will also be adjusted.How to arrange the training content around the four indicators of technical quality,music interpretation,two-person cooperation,choreography and display still needs to be studied.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the specific training arrangements and detailed training plans of Chinese elite Latin dancers after the change of rules,and summarize the specific training arrangements of the players in different training stages after the change of the scoring rules.I hope that the research results can target the Latin dancers.The rules evaluation index arrangement training provides theoretical guidance and reference,thus promoting the scientific degree of Latin dance player training in China,and improving the level of athletic ability and performance of Latin dancers.This paper conducts research through literature data method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,field survey method,mathematical statistics method,etc.,and draws the following conclusions:1.Based on the WDSF2.1 scoring rules,the training arrangements for Latin dancers are more well-founded,the coaches arrange training content more focused,and focus on the training content of players.The training arrangements for Latin dancers are more targeted,and the training content is arranged around the evaluation indicators required by the rules or the evaluation indicators with a higher score.The change of rules puts forward higher requirements on the players’ physical fitness,and accordingly increases the proportion of physical fitness training.2.During the preparation period,the coach arranged the technical quality of the single person,the basic technique of the single person,or the practice of the single person of the combined movement according to the detailed indicators required by the technical quality.The training during the competition period is mainly based on the overall training of the routine,supplemented by general decomposition exercises and single technical exercises,and focusing on the training of the quality of the complete set of movements.3.During the preparation period,the coach arranges 4 pairs of double training each week according to the change of the evaluation index of the double cooperation,according to the technical training details such as balance,dance holding,etc.,in the five-dance training process In order to solve the problems of the cooperation between two people.During the competition period,according to the two evaluation indicators of super balance and space use,the corresponding two people in the five-dance competitive combination are arranged for joint practice.Through training,the players can better connect the next action after the super balance action.4.During the preparation period,the coach chooses different types of music to train the players according to the changes in the evaluation indexes of the music interpretation,and improves the ability of the players to show themselves under different musical backgrounds.Training during the competition emphasizes the player’s handling of music beats and music time,with special emphasis on the training of outstanding players’ ability to interpret music chapters and paragraphs.5.During the preparation period,the coach will create corresponding content according to the changes in choreography and display evaluation indicators,according to the dance structure and composition,location selection and venue use,and style characteristics,and determine all choreography content during this period.There will be no major adjustments after entering the competition period.During the competition period,intermittent competition,physical fitness training is mainly based on special endurance training.The main training arrangement is repeated practice in competitive combinations and continuous dance practice in the form of simulation games.Tactical training includes physical distribution tactics,line stepping points,and obstacle setting exercises.Psychological training mainly uses simulation training,appearance
