| Chinese conundrum is a kind of brain teaser which answers in a unconventional way.It is helpful for people to enhance their applying ability of language and exercise their thinking ability.According to predecessors studies,we found that most of their studies focused on analyzing and describing the form and content of Chinese conundrum,but they paid little attention to the linguistic features and applied values of it.Because of this,we are trying to make an all-around discussion on the linguistic features of Chinese conundrum on a basis of analyzing a great many corpus.We divided the whole article into six parts.Firstly,in the introduction part,we mainly introduced the topic source,the present research situation and research significance.Then we introduced the research aims,the main content of the study,research methods and corpus source.The second part is the analysis on grammatical structure of Chinese conundrum.The analysis included the relegation of morphemes,words and phrases from questions to answers,the difference in the layer of free phrases or in the structural relations of it,the word-activities in the questions or answers as well.In the third part,we analyzed the semantic of Chinese conundrum.In this chapter,we mainly analyzed and classified the use of polysemous words,homophones and homophonic words.we also analyzed the situation that people delebreratly separated the corresponding relationship between signifier and signified,the situation that the semantic diversity was used to set questions,and the situation of delebreratly misunderstanding words,idioms and folk adages.In the fourth chapter,we discussed the pragmatic situation of Chinese conundrum.In the chapter,we firstly discussed the function of false context,context redundant,context deficiency,and then we analyzed the using situations of figure of speech,solving the message focus and the effect of thinking habits and common sense when you were thinking about the questions in Chinese conundrum.In the fifth part,we discussed the practical values of Chinese conundrum.In the study,we found that Chinese conundrum can enlighten our thoughts,broaden our minds in Chinese teaching and verbal communication.In the last part,we simply summarized the content of the article,and we pointed out the innovation and defects of the article. |
