The New Rural Square Dance Status Quo Investigation And Countermeasures Research

With the rapid growth of national economy as well as the residents’ income,people are gradually aiming at the demand of health now instead of food and clothing several years ago.The increasing of leisure time makes people consider how to improve their life especially mobilized by the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,the Chinese civilians launched a wide spread trend called "Square dancing" which is at no cost at all,it is a movement with the largest number of participants,the most rapid growth as well as the vastest area ever.As an important propaganda of civil exercise,square dancing should be promoted by the forces from the government,the society,the broad masses as well as other miscellaneous forces,while in contrast,the development of square dancing is not so smooth as we have imagined.Issues caused by square dancing were reported often,which slowed down or even set back its growth.The shot in Changping District,Beijing,the smearing faces in Wuhan,Hubei province,the students dressed in T-shirts printed with "bless you" in Tangshan,Hebei province,these facts,either silent or voiced,either civilized or brutal,are a protest against the noise of square dancing.The series of problems drawed the attention of the government and the society,also,they did a lot to improve or solve them,such as the foundation of association of square dancing in Liuyang which regulated the time and noise level;Guangzhou also issued "4 limitations" to restrict the noise and inconvenience;a community in Jinan improved the devices and made square dancing silent,all these,worked for a while but definitely not enough,a comprehensive research and development of current square dancing,to grasp its rules of development,to solve all problems that occur on its way to fully mature,they are the only routes.Nowadays square dancing is developing rapidly in rural areas,however,they are lagging when compared to cities,no matter in economy or any other aspects,but no one cares its development in rural areas,it might stop moving forward without guidance or support.This article would be based on a particular point of view,that is the research and development of current square dancing in rural areas,to study the facts that affect the development of square dancing and propose corresponding solutions,aiming at eliminating the obstacles that stop square dancing from moving forward,to fully open a channel of civil exercise and push forward the Hunan culture.I selected the Pingjiang xian Wushi Town 46 administrative villages,a neighborhood committees and 98 square dance team participants,surroundings,square dance around new rural participants basic situation,the current situation of the new rural participants square dance exercise,square dance head of the village and the government management as the research object.By the method of documentation,questionnaire,on-the-spot investigation and interview method,mathematical statistics and other research methods.Sq team construction situation,the new rural villagers who was not involved in the square dance basic situation,the new rural villagers who was not involved in the square dance basic situation,the government support and mass support present situation investigation research,explore square dance in the rural areas to carry out the existing problems,and a more comprehensive investigation and analysis,the following conclusions:1 new countryside square dance activities because it can meet the needs of different groups of fitness,leisure,etc,and widely supported by local people has obvious characteristics of sex and age,and can guarantee sufficient exercise time,the square dance development also exerts a brought positive influence to the rural,stimulate more people to pursue a healthy way of life,is the important carrier of social culture.2 the main factors which restrict the development of the square dance including:serious lack of square dance professional instructor;The government square dance,infrastructure,inadequate competition activities;Part of the masses to participate in the square dance enthusiasm is not high,insufficient understanding;High social awareness is not enough;Square dancing management system is not perfect and reasonable enough.3 effective measures to promote the development of new rural square dance include:strengthen the media square dance activities;To establish and perfect rural square dance organization management system;Strengthen rural square dance talent selection and cultivation increase investment in rural public sports facilities and activities;promote the development of square dance.
