Recently,teaching Chinese has already diffused in Korea.Worldwide,Korea has the most number of students studying Chinese in China.However,due to the student’s individuality,environment he/she has grown up in,and education reasons,the speaking skill of Korean students studying Chinese cannot compare to other language skills.Although there are a lot of researches on Chinese spoken language teaching for Korean learners,the development of the oral English level of Korean learners is still a common problem.In this thesis,different from the perspective of other researchers,takes from the perspective of learners,the study of oral English learning.As an exploration to solve the problem of Korean learners’ Chinese speaking skills,this thesis puts forward a hypothesis:"collaborative learning with Chinese cartoons(animations)will have a positive impact on Korean students’ oral English level".Mainly adopts the method of case study,track observation of a collaborative study team for three months of self-regulated learning process,to the three Korean study participants on a case by case analysis,the collaborative team practices speaking Chinese using animation.At present,the application of multimedia materials as language-learning resources has been widely accepted,especially television or video animation,can reduce stress,attract viewer interest;so it is suitable for Korean students.Through group study,students can share opinions,mutually compliment strengths,work on weaknesses and improve together.In this thesis,it is proved that the application of the proper animation as "teaching material",through group study,not only can make Korean learners to improve the oral English level,but also to cultivate their self directed learning ability.Because of lack of research time,the improvement of oral English proficiency is not particularly obvious.However,through this study,we can observe that the words of the three students have significantly improved,and their learning attitude has significant positive changes.So the study for the Korean learners provides a kind of effective Chinese learning way,provides a perspective of learners to further study the possibility for Chinese language teachers,Institute of accumulated observation records(text and video)can provide reference for the teaching and research of Chinese.
