| This thesis includes the following four parts:The first part introduces the importance ofα-amino nitrile compounds and the reported synthetic strategies,summarizes the limitations of current synthetic met hods,and proposes the development of green,environmentally friendly,fast and safe synthetic methods forα-amino nitrile compounds necessity.The second part shows in detail the development process of a new method for the synthesis ofα-amino nitrile compounds based on the previous work of the research group in the chemical research of N,N-disubstituted aminomalononitriles.In the process of specific attempts,through the screening of catalysts,solvents,temperature,feeding ratio and other conditio ns and the subsequent investigation of the applicability of substrates,as well as the application ofα-amino nitrile and the study of the reaction mechanism,a new method based on N,N-dicarbonitrile was completed.Development of a simple and efficient new Strecker-type reaction between substituted aminomalononitrile and aldehyde in Ac OH/H2O system,with good functional group compatibility,using a green and environmentally friendly system,no organic solvent and metal residues.The third part summarizes the biological activities and synthetic methods of benzofuran compounds,especially the synthesis research progress of2-aminobenzofuran.Meanwhile,the advantages and disadvantages of these reactions have been discussed to indicate the necessity of developing new synthetic method of2-aminobenzofuran.The fourth part introduces a kind of N,N-disubstituted aminomalononitriles developed under the catalysis of Ms Cl based on the work of the research group on N,N-disubstituted aminomalononitriles.A new method for the rapid synthesis of2-aminobenzofuran compounds,the reaction does not require the use of transition metal catalysts,and has the characteristics of green,simple and efficient.The reaction can rapidly synthesize multi-substituted 2-aminobenzofurans with moderate to good yields,and the method for synthesizing various substituted amino-containing compounds with N,N-disubstituted aminomalononitriles is also as follows.Future research on the synthesis of various nitrogen-containing compounds provides new ideas. |
