Objective:To investigate the prognostic value of peripheral blood neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR),procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in sepsis. To observe and analyze the index level of sepsis patients,so as to provide help for the prognosis evaluation and early treatment of sepsisMethods:A total of 58 patients with sepsis admitted to ICU of Bengbu No.3 People’s Hospital from July 2019 to October 2021 were selected as subjects, including 27 males and 31 females, aged 63.59± 7.46 years.Patients were divided into survival group(n=46)and death group(n=12)according to their outcomes 30 days after admission. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in age-gender based diseases and other general information(P>0.05).Relevant data were analyzed to explore the relationship between sepsis death and NLR PCT CRP,Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the risk factors for poor sepsis prognosis, and ROC working curve was drawn to calculate the value of sepsis prognosis. The results showed that the sensitivity and specificity of the three indexes were 95.65% and 91.67% for NLR,76.09% and 100.0% for PCT,63.04% and91.67% for CRP,and 100.0% and 91.67% for combined three indexes. Results:There was no significant difference in gender, age and CRP between the survival group and the death group(P>0.05),there was significant correlation in NLR PCT between the two groups(P<0.05);Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that THE level of NLR PCT was an independent risk factor affecting the prognosis of sepsis patients(P<0.05),the predictive value of NLR,PCT,CRP and multivariate Logistic model for patient survival was evaluated by ROC curve drawing. Conclusion:There is a significant correlation between NLR and PCT in the prognosis of patients with sepsis, and NLR has an advantage in the early prognosis assessment of sepsis.Combined use of NLR and PCT has better evaluation value for the prognosis of sepsis. In this study,NLR,PCT and CRP were used to evaluate the prognosis of sepsis patients, and the sensitivity and specificity of the three and the combined predictive evaluation were calculated respectively, providing certain help for clinical practice. |
