Objective: Using the modern analysis technology to design a set of can be rapid and accurate determination of drug compatibility of inorganic calcium phosphate precipitate after related preparation compatibility dynamic monitoring device, and use this device to explore calcium phosphate ion concentration, temperature,p H,amino acid and glucose compatibility of parenteral nutrient solution of inorganic calcium phosphate preparations, the influence of the basis of building forecasting model,It provides theoretical support for the rational and safe use of inorganic calcium and phosphorus preparations in clinical practice. Methods: Based on calcium phosphate in the TNA compatibility with calcium phosphate ion concentration, temperature, solution p H,amino acids, glucose and so on,all of the above seven factors level mutual combination, homemade monitoring device was used to influence factors combination experiment, inorganic calcium phosphate preparations for parenteral nutrition in compatibility effect surface data set. Then,RStudio software was used to establish the effect surface models of compatibility of inorganic calcium and phosphorus preparation in three kinds of parenteral nutrition liquid,Logistic,SVM and RF,based on the data set obtained in the experiment. The three models were analyzed and studied, and the optimal model was selected and the fitting degree of the model was verified.Results:(1)A total of 14400 valid data sets were obtained.(2)Through the evaluation of Logistic,SVM and RF models, the r F-based effect surface model of compatibility of inorganic calcium and phosphorus preparations in parenteral nutrition solution had the highest accuracy and the best prediction effect.(3)The RF-based model showed that calcium concentration, phosphorus concentration, solution p H value, temperature, glucose concentration and two kinds of amino acid concentration were all factors affecting the compatibility of inorganic calcium and phosphorus in parenteral nutrition solution.Calcium concentration, phosphorus concentration, solution p H value, temperature and glucose concentration were positively correlated with the production of inorganic calcium and phosphorus precipitation, among which calcium concentration had the greatest influence on the production of precipitation, and the concentration of two kinds of amino acids was negatively correlated with the production of inorganic calcium and phosphorus precipitation.(4)Experimental verification analysis and fitting of the effect surface model based on RF.Conclusion: In this study,a device was developed to dynamically monitor the precipitation after the compatibility of inorganic calcium and phosphorus preparations with modern analytical techniques, and an effect surface model of compatibility of inorganic calcium and phosphorus preparations in parenteral nutrition solution was established.By using this model and inputting relevant parameters,we can predict whether inorganic calcium and phosphorus precipitate will be generated in the formula combination, which provides laboratory basis for clinical staff to safely and reasonably prescribe parenteral nutrition.
