| Objective According to the generalized linear model,the Linux language is used to establish the design matrix and the contrast matrix,and the cortical structure algorithm is constructed.The changes of cerebral cortex thickness and volume in different regions of healthy Chinese adults at different ages were studied by computer algorithm.To establish the cortical thickness data of different brain regions of healthy adults in China.Methods Brain MR T1 WI of 134 healthy adults were collected,including youth group(18-44 years,n=54),middle age group(45-59 years,n=40)and old age group(≥60years,n=40).Free Surfer 6.0 software was used to carry out surface-based morphometric analysis on the images of all subjects,and the correlation between the thickness and volume of the left and right cerebral cortex and age was observed.The difference of left and right cerebral cortex thickness between the three groups was compared,and the brain areas with different cerebral cortex thickness between the three groups were visualized.Results The left and right cortical thickness decreased with age(r=-0.57,-0.52,P<0.01).The left and right cortical thickness decreased with age(r=-0.52,-0.48,P<0.01).There were statistical differences in the thickness of left and right cerebral cortex among the three groups(F=70.20,P < 0.01),and there were significant differences in pairwise comparison(P<0.01).There were 20 clusters of thinned cortical thickness in middle age group compared with youth group,7 clusters of thinned cortical thickness in old age group compared with middle age group,and 29 clusters of thinned cortical thickness in old age group compared with youth group.Conclusion Cortical thickness and cortical volume decreased with age in healthy adults.The cortical thickness of different brain regions was different among young,middle-aged and elderly groups. |
