Objective: Based on CT quantitative analysis,the prediction model of malignant degree and survival of pulmonary ground glass nodules was established,so as to provide more accurate data support for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods: By retrospective analysis of clinicopathological data of patients with pulmonary nodules,112 patients who underwent pneumonectomy in the Department of Thoracic Surgery,Affiliated Provincial Hospital of Anhui Medical University from December 2014 to October 2019 were conduct quantitative analysis of CT imaging characterization of pulmonary nodules.Two senior radiologists and one senior thoracic surgeon were employed to analyze the imaging characteristics of all patients,including maximum diameter,maximum diameter of solid component,consolidation tumor ratios(CTR)and so on,in the absence of clinical data of the patients.Patients were divided into groups according to CTR: group A(CTR ≤ 0.25),group B(0.25
