Evidence-based Construction Of Nursing Intervention Plan For Adult Patients With Lung Cancer-related Cough

Research Purpose:To build a set of scientific and standardized localized nursing intervention plan for adults with lung cancer-related cough in line with my country’s national conditions,in order to help patients relieve cough symptoms and improve their quality of life,and provide a reference for clinical nursing in my country.Research Methods:1.Set up a research team to develop a search strategy and search CNKI,CBM,VIP,Wan Fang,Cochrane Library,Pub Med,CINAHL,OVID,Web of Science and other databases,summarized and sorted the included literatures,and use the Johns Hopkins evidence level and quality assessment method to independent evaluate,and the first draft of the nursing intervention plan for adult patients with lung cancer-related cough was summarized.2.The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of inquiry and demonstration in the form of questionnaires for 18 experts,and the results of the inquiries were statistically analyzed,according to the opinions or suggestions put forward by the experts,the items were continuously revised and improved,and finally determine the nursing intervention plan for adult patients with lung cancer-related cough.Research Results:1.A total of 30 literatures were included in the final study,including 16 literatures with the quality grade of A,and 14 literatures of the B grade,by subject extraction of the content of the literature,the first draft of nursing intervention plan with 4 first-level items,11 second-level items,and 36 third-level items was determined.2.The effective recovery rate of the questionnaires for the two rounds of experts letter inquiries was 100%,and the authority coefficient of the two rounds of experts was 0.88.The coefficient of variation（CV）of all indicators in the first round fluctuated from 0.04 to 0.30,and the harmony coefficients（W）of item importance and operability were 0.260 and 0.184respectively;the coefficient of variation（CV）of all indicators in the second round fluctuated from0.06 to 0.20,the harmony coefficients（W）of item importance and operability were 0.200 and0.181 respectively（P < 0.001）,expert opinions tend to be consistent,and this study finally formed a nursing intervention plan for adult patients with lung cancer-related cough including 4 first-level items,11 second-level items,and 30 third-level items.Research Conclusion:Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literature and Delphi method,the nursing intervention plan for adult patients with lung cancer-related cough constructed in this study is scientific,normative and reasonable,and has a certain reference and guiding role for clinical nursing practice.
