| In the context of increasingly severe aging in China,the demand for life care and long-term care services for empty nesters,elderly people and disabled people continues to increase.As an important supplement of China’s pension institutions,private pension institutions are characterized by the combination of medical care and health care services,and are more professional in service level and quality.Life lies in sports,and the health of the elderly is inseparable from sports.Therefore,the quality of life and happiness of the elderly in pension institutions are closely related to the sports services provided by them.This paper takes wuhan private pension institutions as the research object,selects 436 elderly people from 10 private nursing homes in Wuhan as the investigation object,and makes an in-depth analysis of the sports service supply of private pension institutions.The results are as follows:The elderly in wuhan private pension institutions participate in sports.The elderly in the pension institutions are the main places for exercise,and walking and jogging are the main exercise programs with moderate exercise intensity.The main suppliers of wuhan private pension institutions mainly include the third sector,enterprises and the government.The supply model mainly includes the free supply model of institutions,outsourcing supply model of institutions,voluntary supply model of social organizations and individuals,and self-organized supply model of the elderly.There are many sources of sports funds in wuhan private pension institutions,and the number of sports and fitness instructors in the pension institutions is significantly less.In terms of the guidance services provided by sports and fitness instructors,the guidance services of making exercise plans and exercise prescriptions still need to be further improved.There are fewer sports activities organized by pension institutions,and more consumption and leisure sports competitions and folk characteristic sports events are needed.The service information of sports events,sports activities,fitness publicity and sports information services in pension institutions need to be strengthened.The health monitoring service provided by pension institutions needs to be further improved.Research recommendations: 1.The private pension institutions to improve the level of sports information consulting services,for older people to understand how to exercise for health care and how to scientific exercise,guidance of scientific and effective health services at the same time,equipped with professional fitness instructor understanding and knowledge of sports health care and fitness way,let the movement to promote the consciousness of health in the elderly were stronger,And form the habit of exercise and fitness,improve the quality of life in old age.2.According to the disease situation of the elderly,the physical exercise of the elderly without disease is mainly aimed at prevention,and the diversified sports needs of the elderly with disease should be met in the organization and promotion of fitness and sports activities in the elderly.For the sick elderly,we should give priority to sports information and guidance services,so that the elderly can master the basic knowledge of medical care and physical fitness,and promote the rehabilitation of the elderly physical diseases.3.The private pension institutions for the elderly to different physical condition and health targeted to provide professional guidance and rehabilitation training two aspects of the service content,to focus on to improve the level of physical fitness guidance services,and provide the corresponding physical fitness guidance,sports prescription,satisfy the elderly prevention of exercise and rehabilitation training of service requirements.4.Before providing sports services,private pension institutions should conduct physical health assessment and service demand survey for the elderly.According to the results of health assessment and demand survey,service content and service mode should be scientifically and reasonably determined so as to provide accurate services. |
