Objective:To explore the relationship between 18F-FDG PET/CT metabolic parameters and CT enhancement in the primary lesions of non-small cell lung cancer(adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma),and to provide important information for the evaluation of the efficacy of anti-tumor angiogenesis in patients with non-small cell lung cancer. To explore the relationship between 18F-FDG PET/CT metabolic parameters of primary non-small cell lung cancer and gender, age, smoking history, pathological type, anatomical type, maximum diameter,TNM stage, and provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Methods:Retrospective analysis of 42 patients with lung cancer diagnosed by pathology,18F-FDG PET/CT examination,CT plain scan and enhanced examination and clinical data were performed before the operation, and the PET/CT metabolic parameters of the primary lung cancer lesion were determined:maximum standardization Maximum standardized uptake value(SUV max),metabolic tumor volume(MTV)and total lesion glycolysis(TLG).The SPSS 21.0 statistical software was used for statistical processing of the above data. The comparison between the 18F-FDG PET/CT metabolic parameters of lung cancer and the CT enhancement degree of the solid component of the primary lesion was performed by one-way analysis of variance. The comparisons between PET/CT metabolic parameters and gender, age, smoking history, pathological type, anatomical type, maximum diameter, and TNM staging were all performed by independent sample t test. The correlation between PET/CT metabolic parameters and CT enhancement peaks in different periods was analyzed by Pearson correlation. The correlation between PET/CT metabolic parameters and gender, age, smoking history, pathological type, and TNM staging were all analyzed by Spearman correlation. The test level ofα=0.05.Results:1.There is no correlation between the SUVmax,MTV,TLG of patients with non-small cell lung cancer and the different enhancement degree of CT and the peak of CT enhancement(P>0.05).2.The three metabolic parameters of patients with non-small cell lung cancer with a maximum diameter of≥3cm are higher than those with a maximum diameter of<3cm.The SUVmax and TLG of the male group are higher than those of the female group, and the SUVmax of the smoking history group is higher than that of the non-smoking group, squamous cell carcinoma The TLG of the group was higher than that of the adenocarcinoma group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The MTV of lung cancer in the III+IV group was higher than that in the I+II group, and the MTV and TLG of the T3+4 group were higher than those of the T1+2group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.There was no statistically significant difference between the three metabolic parameters of patients with different age groups,N staging,M staging, anatomical type and non-small cell lung cancer(P>0.05).5.The three metabolic parameters of patients with non-small cell lung cancer are moderately correlated with the maximum diameter(P<0.05).Different T stages are moderately correlated with MTV and TLG,and gender, different N stages and SUVmax are all low.Correlation(P<0.05).6.There is no correlation between MTV,TLG and gender and N staging in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(P>0.05).The three metabolic parameters of patients with non-small cell lung cancer have no correlation with age, smoking history, pathological type, clinical stage, and M stage(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.There are differences between gender, smoking, pathological type, maximum diameter, clinical stage and some metabolic parameters of non-small cell lung cancer PET,while the difference between age, anatomical type and PET metabolic parameters is not obvious.2.There is no correlation between PET metabolic parameters of non-small cell lung cancer and CT enhancement peaks in different periods, suggesting that SUV may not be suitable for the evaluation of the efficacy of NSCLC anti-tumor angiogenesis therapy.3.There is a moderate correlation between the maximum diameter and PET metabolic parameters of non-small cell lung cancer;gender,N staging,T staging and some metabolic parameters of non-small cell lung cancer PET have low to moderate correlations.
