| Objective:The spleen and kidney supplementation method of traditional Chinese medicine is used to clinically intervene the gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients with relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma(spleen and kidney yang deficiency and spleen and kidney deficiency)after chemotherapy.By comparing the gastrointestinal tract of patients before and after treatment Symptom grading, clinical efficacy analysis,TCM syndrome efficacy scores, and quality of life scores are used to evaluate the clinical treatment efficacy of the tonifying spleen and kidney method for gastrointestinal dysfunction after chemotherapy. It is planned to provide a new solution for a large number of such patients Program. Methods:The trial selected 40 patients with multiple myeloma in the Department of Hematology,Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria based on the principle of randomized controlled design. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 20 cases in each. The group was treated with Chinese medicine for replenishing the spleen and kidney(all provided by the Pharmacy Department of our hospital),and the control group was treated with metoclopramide for a total of 4 courses of treatment, one month per course.Observe the changes in indicators such as gastrointestinal dysfunction, clinical efficacy analysis,TCM syndrome efficacy scores, and quality of life scores of the two groups before and after the comparison test, and use SPSS 20.0 to perform statistical analysis to draw conclusions.Result:1.The gastrointestinal symptom classification score and quality of life score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2.In terms of the efficacy scores of various symptoms of Chinese medicine and the analysis of clinical efficacy, the results of the statistical analysis of the two groups showed that: P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:The method of replenishing the spleen and kidney of Chinese medicine has a definite effect on the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients with relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma(spleen and kidney yang deficiency and spleen and kidney deficiency)after chemotherapy. In addition to improving the clinical symptoms of the patients,it is effective It has also played an active role in improving the quality of life. |
