Study On The Correlation Between P-selectin,MMP-2 And Dangerous Placenta Previa With Implantation | | Posted on:2022-07-25 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:M W Zhao | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2504306740478904 | Subject:Obstetrics and gynecology | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Objective:By detecting the expression of p-selectin and MMP-2 in the peripheral venous blood and placental tissue of pregnant women with and without placenta previa implantation,the correlation between p-selectin and MMP-2and placental implantation with placenta previa was analyzed.Methods:Thirty pregnant women with dangerous placenta previa diagnosed by ultrasound in our hospital from 2018 to 2020 were selected.The implantation group was the study group,and the non-implantation group was the control group.The gold standard of the implantation and non-implantation diagnosis was based on the intraoperative surgical field combined with postoperative pathology.The expression of p-selectin and MMP-2 in the peripheral venous blood of pregnant women was detected by ELISA,and the expression of p-selectin and MMP-2 in the placental tissue of pregnant women was detected by RT-PCR.The expression of P-selectin and MMP-2 in the peripheral venous blood and placental tissue of pregnant women in the study group and the control group were compared,and the correlation between P-selectin and MMP-2 and dangerous placenta previa with implantation was analyzed.The expression of P-selectin and MMP-2 in the peripheral venous blood and placenta tissues of pregnant women in the study group was compared,and the expression of p-selectin and MMP-2 in different tissues was analyzed.Results:The expression of P-selectin and MMP-2 in the peripheral venous blood of pregnant women in the study group and the control group was not statistically significant(P >0.05).The expression of P-selectin and MMP-2 in the placenta of pregnant women in the study group and the control group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In the study group,the expression levels of P-selectin and MMP-2 in placenta tissue and serum r=0.14 and 0.05 were weakly correlated,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion:P-selectin and MMP-2 in peripheral venous blood of pregnant women were not associated with dangerous placenta previa with implantation.P-selectin and MMP-2 in pregnant women’s placenta tissue are related to the occurrence and development of dangerous placenta previa with implantation.The expression of p-selectin and MMP-2 in serum was not correlated with the m RNA expression in placenta tissue.The expression of p-selectin and MMP-2 adhesion molecules in different tissues was inconsistent. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Dangerous placenta previa, Placenta implantation, P-selectin, Matrix metalloproteinase-2, Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
