Objective:This study is to analyze the influencing factors low birth weight in infertility patients after IVF-ET/ICSI,in order to guide the development of individualized treatment. Methods:From January 2016 to December 2016,5229 newborns who received IVF-ET/ICSI treatment and received live birth in a reproductive and genetic hospital in Changsha City,Hunan Province were selected as the research objects.According to birth weight, the subjects were divided into normal birth weight group(n = 4979)and low birth weight group(n = 250).The general information of husband and wife, the results of liver and kidney function examination before pregnancy, blood lipid level index, endocrine examination results, sperm quality examination and other special examination and follow-up information were collected.SPSS 20.0software was used for statistical analysis.Chi square test or nonparametric rank sum test was used for univariate analysis.Unconditional logistic regression analysis was used for multivariate analysis.P < 0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.Results:(1)Univariate analysis of low birth weight in neonates after IVFET/ICSI: glutathione, activated partial thromboplastin time, luteinizing hormone, number of transferred embryos, embryo reduction, gestational diabetes, gestational hypertension, edema during pregnancy, oligohydramnios during pregnancy, placenta previa, the rate of nonforward sperm motility and normal sperm morphology, there were significant differences in these variable between normal birth weight group and low birth weight group.(2)Multivariate analysis of low birth weight in neonates after IVFET/ICSI: high level of luteinizing hormone before pregnancy, hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, embryo reduction, gestational diabetes, two embryos transferred, oligohydramnios during pregnancy, placenta previa and normal sperm morphology rate over 7.12% were the risk factors of low birth weight in neonates after IVF-ET/ICSI.However,maternal activated partial thromboplastin time before pregnancy, edema during pregnancy, and non-forward sperm motility rate over 14.45% were protective factors for low birth weight after IVF-ET/ICSI.Conclusion:(1)Maternal activated partial thromboplastin time before pregnancy is the protective factors of low birth weight after IVF-ET/ICSI.The independent risk factors of low birth weight after IVF-ET/ICSI were high level of maternal luteinizing hormone, two embryo transfer, embryo reduction, gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes, placenta previa and oligohydramnios.(2)The rate of non-forward sperm motility rate over 14.45% is the protective factor of low birth weight after IVF-ET/ICSI.Normal sperm morphology rate over 7.12% is an independent risk factor for low birth weight after IVF-ET/ICSI...
