| Objective:To detect the expression level and difference of ATP5B and HK-Ⅱ in colorectal cancer and adjacent tissues, and to analyze the relationship between them and the occurrence, development and metastasis of colorectal cancer.Method:Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of ATPSB and HK-Ⅱ in 38 cases of colorectal cancer and 38 cases of paracancerous tissues. The expression differences of the two indexes in colorectal cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were compared, and the correlation between them and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. Results:The strong positive expression of ATP5B protein in colorectal cancer tissues was 10.53%(4/38),the moderate positive rate was 5.26%(2/38),and the weak positive rate was 84.21%(32/38).The strong positive expression of ATP5B protein in paracancerous tissues was 31.58%(12/38),the moderate positive rate was 36.84%(14/38),and the weak positive rate was 31.58%(12/38).The high expression of ATP5B in colorectal cancer tissues accounted for 15.79%,and the low expression accounted for 84.21%.The expression level of ATP5B in colorectal cancer was significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues(x2=4.416,P=0.036).The down-regulated expression of was related to lymph node metastasis and depth of invasion, but not to sex, age, tumor size, tumor differentiation level and pathological stage. The strong positive expression of HK-Ⅱ protein in colon cancer tissues was 15.79%,the moderate positive rate was 52.63%,and the weak positive rate was 31.58%.The high expression of HK-Ⅱ protein accounted for 68.42%,and the low expression accounted for 31.58%.The expression of HK-Ⅱwas negative in paracancerous tissues, and the expression of HK-Ⅱ in cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues(x2=19.76,P=0.00),The difference was statistically significant. The up-regulated expression of HK-II was related to the depth of tumor invasion, but not to sex, age, tumor size, tumor differentiation, pathological stage and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion:The expression of ATP5B in colorectal cancer is lower down-regulated compared with adjacent tissues, which is related to lymph node metastasis and depth of invasion. The expression of HK-Ⅱ in colorectal cancer is significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues, and was related to the depth of invasion of colorectal cancer. |
