| Objective: To understand the current situation of college students’ sleep quality,analyze its influencing factors and the distribution of college students’ TCM constitution,and provide a theoretical basis for formulating prevention and treatment programs to improve college students’ sleep quality.Methods: This study adopts the form of questionnaire survey,cluster and stratified random sampling method,and investigates four seasons(spring,summer,autumn,winter)and three regions(Gansu Lanzhou,Guangdong Guangzhou,Hubei Wuhan)from 2019 to 2021.There are 4,583 college students in grades 1-3 in the University of Chinese Medicine.The questionnaires were selected from the self-made "College Students’ Sleep Quality and Its Influencing Factors Questionnaire","Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale","Anxiety Self-rating Scale","Depression Self-rating Scale" and "Traditional Chinese Medicine Body Quality Scale".Results: This study adopts the form of questionnaire survey,cluster and this study.According to the PSQI score,the incidence of poor sleep quality among college students was 22.19%;the college students who were dissatisfied with their sleep were 30.90%;the college students who thought they had insomnia were 22.19%.46.87%.According to the SAS score and SDS score,24.79% of college students have anxiety;39.39% of college students have depression,and21.08% of college students have anxiety and depression.2.Age,region,family history of insomnia,smoking history,drinking history,psychological trauma,receiving psychotherapy,school satisfaction,professional satisfaction,anxiety,depression,study pressure,digestive system disease,drinking coffee/tea Habits,lunch break habits,the number of people staying in the dormitory,the number of weekly exercise,the habit of staying up late,and the frequency of using mobile phones before going to bed have correlations with the sleep quality of college students(p <0.05);gender,BMI,season,whether playing mobile phones or computer games is related to There was no correlation between the sleep quality of college students(p>0.05);the results of Logistic regression analysis of related factors of sleep quality of college students showed that the incidence of poor sleep quality increased by 0.12 times for every 1-year increase in age;the incidence of poor sleep quality of college students in Guangdong and Guangzhou was 1.44 times that of college students in Lanzhou,Gansu Province;the incidence of poor sleep quality of college students with a family history of insomnia is 3.35 times that of college students without a family history of insomnia;the incidence of poor sleep quality of college students who have suffered psychological trauma is 1.38 times that of college students who have not suffered psychological trauma;The incidence of poor sleep quality of college students who are dissatisfied with school is 1.55 times that of college students who are satisfied with school;the incidence of poor sleep quality of college students with learning pressure is 1.61 times that of college students without learning pressure.College students with digestive system diseases have poor sleep quality The incidence rate is 1.44 times that of college students without digestive system diseases;the incidence of poor sleep quality of college students who stay up late depending on the situation is 1.74 times that of college students who basically stay up late;The incidence of poor sleep quality of college students with mild,moderate and severe anxiety was 2.59 times,9.86 times and 10.5 times that of college students without anxiety respectively;the incidence of poor sleep quality of college students with mild,moderate and severe depression was The rates were 1.38 times,2.41 times and 7.21 times that of non-depressed college students,respectively.3.According to the PSQI score,the eligible college students with TCM constitution were divided into a good sleep quality(PSQI≤7)group and a poor sleep quality(PSQI>7)group.The students in the good sleep quality group had the highest frequency of TCM constitution in the peaceful constitution.The highest frequency of TCM constitution of college students in poor sleep quality group is Qi deficiency constitution.The probability of poor sleep quality was different for different constitutions: Qi-stagnation was the highest at 39.6%,and peaceful was the lowest at 4.6%.Conclusion: 1.The incidence rate of poor sleep quality among college students is 22.19%;the college students who are dissatisfied with their sleep is 30.90%;the college students who think they have insomnia is 46.87%.2.Age,region,family history of insomnia,psychological trauma,school satisfaction,study pressure,digestive system disease,staying up late habits,anxiety and depression are the influencing factors of college students’ sleep quality.3.College students with biased physique are more likely to have poor sleep quality.Peaceful quality may be a protective factor for college students’ sleep quality. |
