| OBJECTIVE: The research direction of this paper is the prognosis of patients with traumatic anterior dislocation of shoulder joint treated by arthroscopy.METHODS: From January 2018 to December 2019,a total of 39 patients with traumatic shoulder dislocation who were treated with arthroscopy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were retrospectively analyzed, including 39 cases of anterior shoulder dislocation, including 10 cases of female and 29 cases of male;39 cases with Bankart injury and 39 cases with Hill-Sachs injury;the patient’s age The average age was 22.years old.All patients received arthroscopic surgery in our hospital.During the operation,Remplissage was used to treat hill Sachs injury, and repair was performed according to the severity of Bankart injury.RESULTS : After the operation, the patients healed well, without tissue infection and dislocation again. The range of motion of shoulder flexion and internal rotation were improved,However, the activity of external rotation decreased.Pain of shoulder joint on affected side was relieved obviously.39 cases were followed up for more than 7 months. The shoulder flexion and lifting of the affected side was higher than that before operation(P<0.01).The VAS score and Rowe score in the observation group were better than those before operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The positive rates of fear test and front drawer test were significantly lower than those before operation and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The external rotation function decreased significantly and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).CONCLUSION : Traumatic dislocation of shoulder joint mostly occurs in young men, among which anterior dislocation of shoulder joint is the most common, often accompanied by complications such as Bankart and Hill-Sachs,which is easy to turn into recurrent dislocation of shoulder joint.Arthroscopic surgery can effectively reduce the recurrence of dislocation of shoulder joint and improve the flexion and lifting motion of affected shoulder joint, but this operation obviously affects the external rotation function of shoulder joint. |
