Selective adhesion on the surface of biomaterials for cells is of great importance for the study of cell-material interaction and tissue engineering.Layer-by-layer assembly(LbL)is an effective method to construct biological surfaces on which the cells selectively adhere,because it is easy to operate and has a variety of modifiable objects.However,currently,there are few types of cell selective adhesion surfaces constructed by LbL,and the range of applicable materials is narrow.In order to develop the types of cell selective adhesion surfaces prepared by LBL,different types of polyelectrolyte multilayers were developed using poly-L/D-lysine as polycation.The adhesion of four cell lines on chiral polyelectrolyte multilayers was studied.The selective adhesion between endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells on the multilayers was realized by the synergistic effect of chirality and selective adhesion peptide in this paper.The innovative research results are as follows:1.PLL/HA-CD,PDL/HA-CD,PLL/CCS-CD,PDL/CCS-CD were prepared by using left-hand(PLL)and right-hand(PDL)poly-lysine as polycation,and chitosan(CCS-CD)and hyaluronic acid(HA-CD)grafted with β-cyclodextrin(CD)supramolecular functional group as polyanion.It was proved that the surface cell density of the multilayer containing PLL was much higher than that of the multilayer containing PDL.This chiral induced cell selectivity law was applicable to MG63,HUVEC,CCC-SMC-1,PC 12 cell lines.2.Hyaluronic acid grafted with guest molecule and polymerizable double bond(MA-HA-Ad)was designed and synthesized.Polyelectrolyte multilayers were prepared by LbL with MA-HA-Ad and poly-lysine.Then,based on the thiol-ene click reaction,two kinds of adhesive peptides containing sulfhydryl group(-SH)were immobilized in the multilayer.Combined with the chiral selectivity of poly-lysine and the selective adhesion effect of the two peptides on different cells,HUVEC and CCC-SMC-1 cell selective adhesion was realized.
