Objective To investigate the predictive effect of coronary artery lesion in children with Kawasaki disease by Hcy、hs-CRP、HSPs、SAA、25-(OH)D3.Methods A controlled clinical trial was used to investigate 199 children with Kawasaki disease in Huanggang region from June 2017 to December 2019.At the same period,132 children with health conditions were selected as the control group. The contents of Hcy、hs-CRP、HSPs、SAA、25-(OH)D3 in Kawasaki disease group and healthy group were compared. The predictive effect of 5 indexes on coronary artery lesion in Kawasaki disease group were compared.Results(1)The contents of Hcy(26.03±2.56)、hs-CRP(22.51±5.18)、HSPs(4700.20±432.71)、SAA(147.36±42.23)and 25-(OH)D3(204.94±26.21)in children with Kawasaki disease group were significantly higher than those in healthy group(Hcy(9.45±2.53)、hs-CRP(8.67±2.34)、HSPs(3871.23±489.40)、SAA(5.31±0.92)、25-(OH)D3(60.10±24.11))(P<0.05.The LCA(2.54±0.48)、RCA(2.15±0.53)、LCA/OA(0.178±0.046)and RCA/OA(0.152±0.056)in the Kawasaki disease group were significantly higher than those in the healthy group(LCA(2.23±0.26)、RCA(1.78±0.23)、LCA/OA(0.147±0.015)、RCA/OA(0.128±0.013))(P<0.05).(2)The cons of Hcy(28.13±3.38)、 hs-CRP(28.32±2.67)、 HSPs(4979.34±365.35)、SAA(160.11±31.76)and 25-(OH)D3(221.31±19.31)in children with Kawasaki disease with coronary artery lesion were significantly higher than those in children without coronary artery lesion(Hcy(25.16±3.26)、 hs-CRP(20.12±2.79)、HSPs(4585.38±358.36)、SAA(142.12±32.21)、25-(OH)D3(198.21±18.28))(P<0.05).The LCA(3.34±0.82)、RCA(2.92±0.67)、LCA/OA(0.243±0.073)and RCA/OA(0.192±0.061)of children with Kawasaki disease with coronary artery lesion were significantly higher than those of children with Kawasaki disease without coronary artery lesion(LCA(2.21±0.23)、RCA(1.83±0.17)、LCA/OA(0.151±0.018)、RCA/OA(0.135±0.015))(P<0.05).The contents of Hcy,hs-CRP,HSPS,SAA,25-(OH)D3 in children with Kawasaki disease group were positively correlated with the coronary artery lesion(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of the sensitivity of the five indicators for the determination of coronary artery lesion in the Kawasaki disease group was as follows: 25-(OH)D3(0.662)、hs-CRP(0.637)、SAA(0.551)、Hcy(0.534)、HSPs(0.529)from high to low.The specificity from high to low was SAA(0.746)、Hcy(0.705)、HSPs(0.667)、25-(OH)D3(0.637)、hs-CRP(0.536).The Yoden index from high to low was 25-(OH)D3(0.299)、SAA(0.297)、Hcy(0.239)、HSPs(0.196)、hs-CRP(0.173).Conclusion Hcy、hs-CRP、HSPs、SAA、25-(OH)D3 changes significantly in the outset period of children with Kawasaki disease, and they all can be used to predict coronary artery lesion in children with Kawasaki disease.
