| Objectives Explore the clinical and pathological characteristics of hemorrhagic gastrointestinal stromal tumors, provide individualized treatment plans for the GIST clinical diagnosis and treatment process, including the selection of surgical procedures, and provide a theoretical basis for more accurately judging the prognosis of this type of stromal tumor. Methods The clinical and pathological data of 174 cases of GIST who underwent surgical treatment in Tangshan Workers’ Hospital from September 2010 to June 2020 were collected and sorted, and the enrolled patients were statistically analyzed according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The clinical and pathological data of patients that need statistics include gender, age, tumor location, cell morphology, tumor size,TNM stage, tumor bleeding,R0 resection, cell mitotic phase count, and pathological immunohistochemical related indicators.Use SPSS 22.0 statistical software for data analysis.Normally distributed count data are represented by "mean ± standard deviation",the table of means between groups adopts t test;the composition ratio of count data is calculated, and the composition comparison between groups adopts x2 test.Multivariate analysis adopts logistic regression model.Two-sided test,P<0.05 indicates that the difference is statistically significant. Results 1 The results show that stromal tumors are too large(>5cm)and tumors that grow outside the stomach are the main clinical features of gastrointestinal stromal tumor patients with gastrointestinal bleeding;2 results show that the tumor T stage is late, the tumor M stage is late, and R0 resection is not performed, which is the main pathological feature of gastrointestinal stromal tumor patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage;3 The tumor is larger than 5 cm,the T stage is late, and the primary site other than the stomach is the gastrointestinal stromal tumor gastrointestinal bleeding.Main characteristics(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 Tumor size,T stage,M stage, and location of the primary tumor are important factors that affect the occurrence of gastrointestinal bleeding in stromal tumors;2 stromal tumors that originate outside the stomach are more likely to cause gastrointestinal bleeding.Figure5;Table5;Reference 147... |
