Nowadays stroke is one of the three major diseases threatening human health, which seriously affects people’s quality of life.Ischemic stroke is the highest incidence rate and disability rate in stroke categories. The recovery and reconstruction of the injured vascular network after cerebral ischemia is a key link in the rehabilitation of nerve function.Ischemic stroke can cause its own rebirth of blood vessels, but its mechanism, development process and rebirth form need to be explored.Ischemic postconditioning has become a hot spot in the research of antiischemia/reperfusion injury at home and abroad because of its good neuroprotection and good clinical application prospect, and it has been widely concerned in recent years. But the ischemic postconditioning of the distal limb is also easy to achieve in clinical, and because of its non-invasive,non-invasive,simple and effective operation, cheap and sustainable, but still has good therapeutic characteristics,in clinical application will have broad prospects, has become a hot spot of research at home and abroad in recent years.According to the needs of the experiment,an animal model which can meet the requirements of in vivo, minimally invasive and real-time continuous observation of cortical vascular ischemia in rats was constructed. The cerebral ischemia model is a convenient and fast photochemical embolization model, and the changes of vascular regeneration and reconstruction were recorded by OCT vascular imaging technology,as well as the damage and recovery of capillaries around the main damaged areas situation. The time of post ischemic treatment was the same as that of the first day. After the treatment, the changes of peripheral cortex and deep blood vessels and regeneration process were observed within 0-14 days.On this basis, qualitative and quantitative analysis of the effects of post ischemic treatment on the recanalization and regeneration of blood vessels after ischemia was carried out,and the optimal scheme was tried to be given. The results of this study show that(1)when the time of ischemia is 24-48,the area of brain injury reaches the maximum, after that, the blood vessels in the ischemic area will gradually reopen, showing new blood vessels, and the surface blood vessels in the ischemic area will gradually establish a new blood vessel network;(2)compared with the ischemic group, the experimental results show that the vascular recovery speed of the ischemic postconditioning group is faster;(3)quantitative analysis of the experimental results shows that the two groups have different post-treatment methods for blood vessels However, there is no significant difference between the two experimental schemes, and the optimal ischemic postconditioning method still needs to be further explored. This study is based on OCT imaging technology, which has a qualitative and quantitative study on the neuroprotective effect of post-ischemic treatment, especially on the regeneration behavior of cortical blood vessels. At the same time, through the effect of post-processing,we try to put forward the optimal scheme, which provides an alternative scheme for the clinical treatment of stroke patients.
