| Objective:Objective evaluation of the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of semen induced liquid liquefied abnormalities with sperm disease induction.Methods: Select 80 cases of patients with abnormal semen liquefaction of kidney deficiency,damp-heat,collateral resistance and asthenospermia infertility who were treated in the Department of Reproductive Medicine of Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to October 2020.Random numbers were used in the order of visits The table method divided 80 patients(1:1)into the treatment group with 40 cases and the control group with 40 cases.The treatment group was treated with Bi Xieqianliean Pills,and the control group was treated with vitamin C tablets plus Levocarnitine oral liquid.The course of treatment is 12 weeks.The observation indicators of the two groups of subjects before and after treatment and various conditions during the treatment were recorded.The pregnancy of the spouse of the patients was followed up at the 4th week after the treatment,and the data was analyzed statistically.Results: Finally,75 effective cases were collected,38 in the treatment group,and37 in the control group.1.EFFICACY: The cure rate of the treatment group was 18.42%,the total effective rate was 84.21%,the control group was 2.70%,the total effective rate was56.76%,the cure rate and the total effective rate of the two groups were tested by 2tests,the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).The comprehensive effect of the two groups was compared by rank sum test Z =-2.577,p = 0.010 < 0.05.The cure rate,total effective rate and comprehensive curative effect of the Treatment Group were better than those of the control group.2.The main parameters of semen analysis: After treatment,the PR,total sperm motility,and linear movement speed of the two groups were improved compared with that before treatment.Compared with before treatment,both groups were P<0.05.In comparison between the two groups after medication,the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.05).3.The main biochemical parameters of seminal plasma: after treatment,the neutral α-glucosidase,seminal zinc,seminal acid phosphatase,and refined berry sugar were improved in the two groups after treatment.Compared with before treatment,P<0.05 in both groups.In comparison between the two groups after treatment,the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.05).4.Syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine: The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were reduced after the treatment.Compared with the pre-treatment,both groups were P<0.05.In comparison between the two groups after treatment,the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.05).5.There were no abnormalities in the safety indicators such as liver and kidney function of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Conclusion: Bi Xieqianliean Pills can improve the patient’s semen liquefaction status,improve seminal plasma biochemical indicators,increase the pregnancy rate of the patient’s spouse,and have significant clinical effects in the treatment of abnormal semen liquefaction accompanied by asthenospermia infertility;it can improve patients’ waist and knee weakness,Clinical symptoms such as pain and discomfort in the perineum or pelvic area,damp scrotum,burning urethra,yellow urine,etc.;no obvious adverse reactions were found,and it has good safety. |
