Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Insomnia Of Liver Depression And Fire Type By Chai Shao Long Mu Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chai Shao long Mu decoction in treating insomnia of liver depression and fire type,and to provide clinical basis for its application and promotion.Methods:From 2020.01 to 2020.12,78 patients with liver depression and fire type insomnia were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sleep health education and oral right zopicone tablets.The treatment group was treated with Chai Shaolong Mu decoction on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated and observed for 4 weeks.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and TCM syndrome scores were performed before and after 4 weeks of treatment respectively,and statistical software was used to analyze the data to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Telephone follow-up 2 months after treatment.Results:1.PSQI score: The total score of PSQI and multiple single points in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the total score and multiple single points in the treatment group(except sleep time,sleep efficiency)decreased more significantly(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving sleep quality,reducing sleep disorders and daytime dysfunction;2.TCM syndrome score:The total score of TCM syndromes and multiple single points in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the total score and multiple single points in the treatment group(except for difficulty in falling asleep and many dreams)decreased more significantly(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving irritability,early wake up,chest tightness,dizziness,constipation and yellow urine,dry mouth and bitter mouth;3.Comparison of sleep efficacy: The total effective rate of the treatment group was89.47% and that of the control group was 67.56%,by chi-square test analysis,the treatment group sleep efficacy is better than the control group(P<0.05);4.Efficacy of TCM syndromes: The total effective rate was 92.11% in the treatment group and 62.16% in the control group,by chi-square test analysis,the treatment group TCM syndrome curative efficacy is better than the control group(P<0.05);5.Comparison of follow-up efficacy: The recurrence rate of treatment group was28.94%,and the recurrence rate of control group was 67.56%..By chi-square test,the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing the recurrence rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chai Shaolong Mu decoction combined with right zopicone tablets can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with liver depression and fire type insomnia,and the long-term effect is excellent,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
