Clinical Observation Of Penyan Tongluo Decoction Combined With Biofeedback Electrical Stimulation In The Treatment Of CPP

Objective: In this study,Treatment of chronic pelvic pain(CPP)of damp-heat stasis type by applying Penyan tongluo Decoction(Experience Formula of Director Yi Xiuzhen)combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation,to observe the degree of pelvic pain,the scores of various TCM syndromes and local physical signs in gynecological examinations,and the improvement of pelvic muscle strength,etc.before and after treatment.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with Penyan Tongluo Decoction and provide a more effective treatment plan for CPP.Method:According to the principle of random allocation,72 CPP patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.Two groups finally completed clinical observation and entered statistical analysis,33 cases each.The treatment plan is that the patients in the treatment group take the Penyan Tongluo Decoction and the biofeedback electrical stimulation treatment,while the control group uses only the biofeedback electrical stimulation treatment.Both groups are treated for 3 courses.After the treatment,the VAS scores,the value of Pre-rest and post-rest stage,the value of the rapid contraction phase and tension contraction phase of the pelvic floor muscle strength,the TCM syndrome score,and the score of each local physical sign of gynecological examination were entered into the SPSS23.0 statistics.The software is used to compare and analyze each index of the two groups before and after treatment within and between groups,and draw corresponding conclusions.Result:1.Comparison of clinical efficacy: After the treatment,the total effective rate:91.0% in the treatment group and 75.8% in the control group,P<0.05,indicating that in terms of comprehensive efficacy,The therapeutic effect of Penyan Tongluo Decoction combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation is better than that using the latter alone.2.Comparison of VAS scores: The VAS scores of the two groups of patients after treatment decreased significantly.Compared within and between the group,P<0.01,indicating that the two treatment schemes had obvious effect on improving pain,and the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.3.Pre-rest and post-rest phase values: After treatment,intra-group comparison: P<0.01,the Pre-rest and post-rest phase values of the two groups were significantly lower;inter-group comparison: P>0.05,indicating that the two groups have the same effect of reducing the resting stage value before and after.4.Pelvic floor muscle strength: After the treatment,comparison within and between the group,P<0.05,indicating that the pelvic floor muscle tension of the two groups were improved and Penyan Tongluo Decoction combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation is better than simple biofeedback electrical stimulation in improving local blood circulation,promoting inflammation absorption,improving pelvic floor muscle strength and muscle contraction coordination,etc.5.TCM clinical syndrome total score: After the treatment,the intra group and inter group comparison,P<0.05,indicating that the two treatment schemes can reduce the total score of TCM clinical syndrome,and the degree of TCM combined with pelvic floor treatment to reduce the total score of TCM syndrome is significantly better than that of simple pelvic floor treatment,and the curative effect is better.6.Scores of various symptoms of TCM syndromes: After the treatment,within the group,P<0.01,the scores of the syndromes in the treatment group were obviously lower.It showed that it can effectively treat various accompanying symptoms of CPP;The control group had the four symptoms of the lower abdomen pain,lumbosacral pain,menstrual abdominal pain,heavy discharge,and yellowish discharge were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.01).However,there were no differences in these symptoms(P>0.05),such as fatigue,low-grade fever,bitter mouth and dry throat,yellow and red urine,dry stools,loose stools.Comparing the two groups,in the effects of the lower abdomen pain,lumbosacral pain,menstrual abdominal pain,and large amount of removal(P>0.05),indicating that the two therapeutic schedule could improve these four symptoms.In terms of symptoms such as yellowish discoloration,fatigue,low-grade fever,bitter mouth and dry throat,yellow urine,dry stool,loose stools.etc,the difference is significant,indicating that the treatment group has an excellent effect on the above symptoms in the control group.7.Gynecological examination local sign score comparison: After treatment,the local physical sign scores of the treatment group were all lower than before treatment,P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group’s plan had a significant effect.In the control group,the improvement of the three local signs of uterine enlargement,uterine activity limitation,and double appendage area thickening mass,P>0.05,had no statistical significance,the treatment effect were not obvious.The improvement of the signs of uterine tenderness,double appendage area tenderness,uterosacral ligament thickening and tenderness,palpable nodules of posterior fornix and tenderness,P<0.05,which was statistically significant and had therapeutic effect.Comparison between groups: for the three signs of uterine tenderness,thickening of uterosacral ligament,P>0.05,indicating that the two groups have little difference in the above signs.But the comparison of indexes such as uterine enlargement,uterine activity limitation,double appendage area thickening mass,double adnexal tenderness,palpable nodules and tenderness of the posterior fornix,P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group in treating the above signs was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Penyan Tongluo Decoction combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy,and the use of biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy alone,can improve the pain degree,pelvic floor muscle strength,Pre-rest and post-rest phase values,TCM symptoms and gynecological signs of patients.The curative effect of Penyan Tongluo Decoction combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation is better than that of using biofeedback electrical stimulation alone,and it is worthy of further research and promotion.2.Penyan Tongluo Decoction combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation has a significant effect on chronic pelvic pain of damp-heat stasis type.Penyan Tongluo Decoction can effectively treat chronic pelvic pain.3.Penyan Tongluo Decoction combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation treatment can better improve the quality of life for patients with CPP.
