| Objectives To investigate the changes of serum Ang-(1-7)and angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ)in RAS system and relationship with left ventricular myocardial mass in patients with hypertension. Methods 57 of hypertension patients as the case group and 38 healthy people as the control group consecutively enrolled in The First Afilliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from June 2020 to February 2021.General clinical data and routine serum biochemical indices were collected.Serum concentrations of AngⅡ,Ang-(1-7),in RAS were measured by ELISA.Left ventricular mass index(LVMI)was calculated with relevant indicators from echocardiography. Results Compared with the non-hypertension group, the serum concentration of Ang-(1-7)of the hypertension group is generally lower(150.17±30.17 pg/m L vs 165.27±24.89pg/m L),but the serum concentration of Ang II(86.74±24.00 pg/m L vs 73.81±22.28 pg/m L)were greater than those in the non-hypertension group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P <0.05).Correlation analysis between indices of the case group and LVMI showed that there was a linear relationship among Ang-(1-7)(r =-0.594,P <0.05)、AngⅡ(r =0.569,P <0.05)、duration of hypertension(r = 0.587,P<0.05)、serum creatinine(r = 0.307,P <0.05)and LVMI.With increased duration of hypertension、ACE2 and serum creatinine, the LVMI was significantly higher(P<0.05).With decreased Ang-(1-7),the LVMI was significantly higher(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis between indices of the case group and the LVMI showed that there was a linear relationship among Ang-(1-7)、 AngⅡ 、 duration of hypertension and LVMI.With increased duration of hypertension and ACE2,the LVMI was significantly higher. With decreased Ang-(1-7),the LVMI was significantly higher. Conclusions 1)The serum of Ang-(1-7)decreases and Ang II increases in hypertensive patients. The results suggest that the RAS system have corresponding changes in hypertensive patients.2)Ang-(1-7),Ang II,duration of hypertension has a linear relationship with myocardial mass index,The myocardial mass increased with the decrease of serum of Ang-(1-7),the increase of serum of Ang II,and the prolongation of the duration of hypertension in patients with hypertension. |
