| Objective By fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)technique for com Parison,evaluation of chromosomal microarray analysis(CMA)technology in the a PPlication of missed abortion villi tissue chromosome anomaly detection value,and discusses its Problems existing in the Prenatal diagnosis and to Provide reference information for missed abortion etiology research,for the missed abortion Patients Provide guidance of eugenic and su Perior nurture the next Pregnancy.Methods Patients admitted to our Hos Pital from July 2019 to July 2020 who were diagnosed with missed abortion by ultrasound examination and required to undergo chromosomal examination were selected as the research subjects,and their clinical information and chromosomal examination results were statistically analyzed.A total of 30 sam Ples that had received FISH examination from August to Se Ptember 2020 were collected and tested again with CMA technique to com Pare the advantages and disadvantages of CMA in the detection of abortive tissues.Results(1)Com Pared with FISH,CMA showed a higher rate of chromosomal abnormalities(62.96% vs.43.70%,P<0.05).(2)Most of the chromosomal abnormalities re Ported in abortion were abnormal(85.29%),the main abnormality was trisomy autosomal(55.88%),followed by sex chromosome monosomal(13.37%).(3)Co Py number variation is also an im Portant reason for missing chromosomal abnormalities in abortion.In this retros Pective study,the detection rate was 7.41%(12/162),including Pathogenic CNV,Possibly Pathogenic CNV and VOUS CNV of unknown clinical significance.(4)According to age grou P,there was no difference in villus chromosomal abnormality rate between old and young Pregnant women(P BBB 0 0.05),but the abnormal Pro Portion of autosomal trisomy detected by CMA was higher in the old grou P than in the young grou P(P <0.05).(5)The detection rate of chromosomal abnormalities by CMA and FISH in different age grou Ps was com Pared,and the results showed that the detection rate of CMA was higher in the elderly grou P(72.41% vs 42.86%,χ2= 4.43,P< 0.05)and the young grou P(60.90% vs 43.86%,χ2= 7.16,P< 0.05)than that of FISH.(6)In the Parallel detection ex Periment of CMA and FISH,26.67%(8/30)more chromosomal abnormalities were detected by CMA than FISH.Conclusion CMA can quickly and efficiently detect chromosomal abnormalities in villi tissue,and the detection rate of CMA is higher than that of FISH.The a PPlication of CMA technology can im Prove the detection rate of chromosomal abnormalities in villi tissue of missed abortion,but the detection accuracy of high Pro Portion chimeras is lower than that of FISH. |
