| Objective:To explore the clinical value of 99mTC-MIBI in differential diagnosis of nodule with different size.Methods:375 nodules were examined with 99mTC-MIBI in Baise City People’s Hospital from January 2017 to January 2019.199 cases were confirmed as malignant nodules and 176cases were benign nodules through surgical pathological results or follow-up.According to the interpretation of the CT room,375 patients were divided into two groups:group A(≥2cm)and group B(<2cm)according to the diameter of lung nodules.Among them,218 cases of lung nodules in group A(≥2cm)and group B(<2cm)157 cases of lung nodules.In group A(≥2cm),218 cases were diagnosed by 99mTC-MIBI pro-tumor imaging as positive in 153 cases(pathologically malignant 140 cases,pathologically benign 13 cases),negative 65 cases(pathologically malignant 9 cases,pathologically benign 56 cases).Among 157 cases in group B,68 cases were diagnosed by 99mTC-MIBI pro-tumor imaging method as positive(pathologically malignant 32 cases,pathologically benign 36 cases),and 89 cases were negative(pathologically malignant 18 cases,pathologically benign 71 cases).By statistical methods,the sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of 99m Tc-MIBI pro-tumor imaging in group A(≥2cm)and group B(<2cm)can be calculated respectively.Results:the sensitivity of group A(≥2cm)was 94.0%,the specificity was 81.2%,the accuracy was 89.9%,the positive predictive value was 91.5%,and the negative predictive value was 86.2%;the sensitivity of group B(<2cm)was 64.0%,the specificity was 66.4%,the accuracy was 65.6%,the positive predictive value was 47.1%,and the negative predictive value was 79.8%.The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the former were all higher than the latter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:99mTC-MIBI pro-tumor imaging has different diagnostic effects in the diagnosis of lung nodules of different sizes,and the sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of group A(≥2cm)are significantly higher than those of group B(<2cm). |
