Study On The Willingness And Influencing Factors Of Non-expanded Program On Immunization Vaccines Among School-Age Children In Harbin

PurposeThis study conducted a questionnaire survey on parents of children aged 2-6in Harbin,Understand the current situation of non-Expanded Program on Immunization(EPI)vaccines for children aged 2-6 in Harbin,and the willingness of children’s parents to vaccinate non-Expanded Program on Immunization vaccines,to explore the influencing factors of parents’ willingness to vaccinate children against non-Expanded Program on Immunization,explore the countermeasures to increase the willingness of children’s parents to vaccinate non-Expanded Program on Immunization,in order to further increase the penetration rate and coverage of children’s nonExpanded program on Immunization vaccines,To provide the basis for scientific vaccination work.MethodsThe parents of children aged 2-6 in the main urban area of Harbin were selected as the research objects,A questionnaire survey was conducted on the research subjects.A total of 540 questionnaires were collected,of which 508 were valid questionnaires,with an effective rate of 94.07%.The data were imported into SPSS26.0 software for statistical analysis,use descriptive statistics to analyze the demographic characteristics of 508 children’s parents,the awareness of non-Expanded program on Immunization vaccines,the trust level of non-Expanded program on Immunization vaccines,the vaccination status of non-Expanded program on Immunization vaccines,and the inoculation willingness of non-Expanded program on Immunization vaccines.Single-factor and multi-factor statistics were used to analyze the factors that affect the willingness of non-Expanded program on Immunization vaccines.Results(1)The awareness rate of Harbin children’s parents about non-Expanded program on Immunization vaccines is 73.22%,the highest awareness rate is varicella vaccine(89.96%),and the lowest is Hib vaccine(48.62%),there were differences in the awareness rates of various non-Expanded program on Immunization vaccines(P<0.05).(2)The overall score of parents’ trust in non-Expanded program on Immunization vaccines was(19.56±3.43),indicating a high degree of trust.(3)The vaccination rate of children’s non-Expanded program on Immunization is 60.37%,and the highest rate is varicella vaccine(81.1%),there are differences in the vaccination rate of various non-Expanded program on Immunization(P<0.05).(4)Parents’ willingness to vaccinate non-Expanded program on Immunization was 82.74%,and their willingness to vaccinate non-immunization programs was strong,there were differences in the willingness to vaccinate various non-immunization programs(P<0.05).(5)The single-factor results show that willingness to listen to the vaccines introduced by the vaccinators,the knowledge of the vaccines,and previous vaccination effects are important factors that affect the willingness of children’s parents to vaccinate for non-Expanded program on Immunization.The logistic analysis showed that parents who knew about the vaccine and listened to the introduction of non-Expanded program on Immunization vaccines by the vaccination staff were more willing to vaccinate.ConclusionsThe average vaccination willingness rate of the six non-Expanded program on Immunization vaccines in Harbin is 82.74%.Compared with other regions in my country,the parents of children in Harbin have a strong willingness to vaccinate non-Expanded program on Immunization vaccines,and the vaccination willingness rate is higher.The main influencing factors of parents’ willingness to vaccinate against non-Expanded program on Immunization in Harbin were whether they knew about the vaccine and whether they listened to the introduction of non-Expanded program on Immunization vaccine by the prevention staff.The relevant government departments need to strengthen the publicity and improve the awareness rate of the vaccine.Strengthen personnel training,standardize the vaccination work;Establish the dynamic guarantee balance mechanism of non-immunization program vaccine to realize the effective supply of vaccine;Strengthen quality supervision to ensure the safety and effectiveness of vaccines;Perfect laws and policies to ensure vaccination services;We will expand immunization programs and increase the coverage of vaccines...
