Study On The Occupational Disease Hazard Assessment Of Pesticide Production Enterprises Based On Semi-Quantitative Risk Assessment

In recent years,the rapid increase in the number of pesticide chemical enterprises,especially the rapid development of crop science,has played an important role in promoting China’s economic development,but at the same time,it has also brought some problems,such as the lack of work safety in production,the existence of large occupational health and safety risks and so on,which will gradually increase the frequency of occupational diseases,It has a bad influence on the society.Due to the complex production process and various raw and auxiliary materials involved in the production of pesticide chemical enterprises,the existing detection and inspection methods can not effectively cover the occupational hazard factors involved in the pesticide production process,and the general evaluation method is not enough to make an objective evaluation on the occupational risk level of pesticide chemical enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore a suitable industry evaluation method,analyze the occupational risk level of posts,and find out the deficiencies in the current occupational disease prevention and control of enterprises,so as to improve the occupational health management level of pesticide chemical enterprises.Based on the semi-quantitative risk assessment method,this paper takes the organic phosphorus production project of Xinyi Taisong Chemical Co.,Ltd.as the research object,through detailed investigation,fully studies the basic situation of the enterprise,identifies and analyzes the hazard factors,and determines the risk level through the results of hazard factor characteristic assessment and contact assessment,The feasibility of semi quantitative risk assessment method to evaluate the occupational disease risk of pesticide production enterprises was analyzed by comparing the results of work classification of chemical hazards in workplaces Some suggestions and improvement measures were put forward for the organic phosphorus production project of Xinyi Taisong Chemical Co.,Ltd.Through the occupational health risk assessment of the organic phosphorus production project of Xinyi Taisong Chemical Co.,Ltd.,it can be seen that the semi quantitative risk assessment method is feasible to evaluate the occupational hazards of pesticide production enterprises,and the semi quantitative occupational hazard risk control model is used to provide chemical hazard control for safety management personnel in the case of lack of detection results of occupational hazard factors in the workplace It can basically reflect the risk level of the operation post,and has important theoretical significance and practical application value for the occupational disease protection of pesticide production enterprises.
