| Objective: To systematically evaluate the comprehensive effect of fiberoptic bronchoscope alveolar lavage on pulmonary infection caused by multi-drug resistant bacteria.Methods: The randomized controlled trials(RCT)of fiberoptic bronchoscope alveolar lavage for multi-drug resistant bacteria(MDR)pneumonia were searched in these databases: CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database,CBM,Pubmed,the Cochrane Library in the method of combination of medical subject headings and entry terms.The retrieval period was from base-building to January,2020.The quality of the final included literatures was evaluated according to the Cochrane manual.Then relevant data was extracted and integrated.Meta-analysis was performed by Rev Man5.4.Results: 19 randomized controlled trials were included,including1336 cases.Meta-analysis results showed that: Compared with the control group,the experimental group had better clinical efficacy,higher bacterial clearance rate,lower levels of inflammatory factors,and the pulmonary function was improved.Conclusions: Fiberoptic bronchoscope alveolar lavage can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with pneumonia caused by multidrug-resistant bacteria,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and improve pulmonary ventilation,which is worthy of clinical recommendation. |
