Study On Death Prognostic Factors Of Severe Pneumonia In PICU

Objective:To analyze the effects of general conditions,laboratory data,etiology,diagnosis and treatment and complications on prognosis of children with severe pneumonia.Methods:This study was a prospective observational study,Analysis of clinical data of children with severe pneumonia who continued to stay in PICU from September 1,2019 to August 31,2020,Comparative analysis of survival and death groups,Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of children with severe pneumonia.Results:503 children were screened for inclusion criteria,According to the prognosis of 28 days,it was divided into death group（151 cases）and survival group（352 cases）.After Logistic analysis,GCS score,blood/tumor system underlying disease,SPO₂、WBC、bronchoscopy,cardiopulmonary resuscitation are independent factors affecting children with severe pneumonia.Conclusion:PICU hospitalized children have blood/tumor system basic disease,And the lower the GCS score,The higher the WBC and the lower the SPO2,the higher the risk of death;High quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation reduces the risk of death.
