Objective:The purpose of this topic is to study the articles related to dietary description in "Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases",extract Zhang Zhongjing’s different descriptions of "diet" related symptoms,distinguish their meanings,and classify them according to their characteristics.For the positive symptoms,explore the etiology,pathogenesis,pathogenesis,symptoms,characteristics,and identification points;for the negative symptoms,explore Zhang Zhongjing’s application rules in clinical diagnosis and treatment,so as to better learn and understand "Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases",Enriching clinical syndrome differentiation data.Methods:This paper mainly adopts the literature research method to conduct summary research.First of all,the articles concerning "diet" symptoms in "Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases" were screened out,and Zhang Zhongjing’s different descriptions of "diet" related symptoms were extracted,and their meanings were distinguished and classified.Secondly,select representative monographs on typhoid fever and the golden chamber,extract the annotations of 156 articles by ancient and modern physicians,and compare them with each other to summarize representative viewpoints.For positive symptoms,focus on the etiology,pathogenesis,pathogenesis,symptom characteristics,and identification points.For negative symptoms,focus on the application of Zhang Zhongjing in clinical diagnosis and treatment.Finally,summarized from it:(1)The etiology,pathogenesis,pathogenesis,symptom characteristics,and identification points of the positive symptoms related to diet in "Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases".(2)The application rule of negative symptoms related to diet in "Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases" in clinical diagnosis and treatment.Result:1.Through research,it is found that the symptoms related to"drinking" in "Trends on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases" can be divided into "thirsty to drink","not to drink(not thirsty)","able to drink","not able to drink",and " There are six categories of"likes and dislikes of drinking" and "reactions after drinking".Among them,positive symptoms are discussed from four aspects: etiology and pathogenesis,pathogenesis,symptom characteristics,and identification points.For negative symptoms,Zhang Zhongjing is used in the differential diagnosis on the one hand to identify the cause,location,and pathogenesis of the disease;on the other hand,it is used to identify the prognosis of the disease.2.Through research,it is found that the symptoms related to"eating" in "Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases" are divided into "can eat","eliminate grains and eat more","cannot eat","wish to eat","do not want to eat",and " There are 7 categories of"eating likes and dislikes" and "post-eating reactions".Among them,positive symptoms are discussed from four aspects: etiology and pathogenesis,pathogenesis,symptom characteristics,and identification points.For negative symptoms,Zhang Zhongjing is used in the differential diagnosis on the one hand to identify the cause,location,and pathogenesis of the disease;on the other hand,it is used to identify the prognosis of the disease.Conclusion:1.The diet-related symptoms in "Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases" are divided into negative symptoms and positive symptoms.Zhang Zhongjing attaches great importance to negative symptoms and often uses them for the differential diagnosis of diseases and the prognosis of diseases.2.Abnormal changes in thirst and drinking reflect the insufficiency and excess of body fluids and the ups and downs of related viscera functions.3.Differentiating appetite and food intake can reflect the deficiency of spleen and stomach and the rise and fall of Yang Qi,which is closely related to the prognosis of the disease.
