Study On The Literature Collation Of Sun Simiao’s Internal Ointmeent Prescription

Objective Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,traditional Chinese medicine paste is used to prevent and treat diseases.It has the function of“preventing disease before disease,preventing disease from changing and preventing recovery after disease”.It is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine prescription.In this study,the relevant contents of the cream prescription in Qian Jin Fang Formula by Sun Simiao were specially arranged,and then prescription and symptoms were analyzed and summarized,as well as the medication characteristics of the cream prescription were summarized,aiming to lay a foundation for the study of the cream prescription in Chinese medicine and provide guidance for clinical application,MethodsBy using the methods of literature,comparison,statistics and so on,this paper follows the characteristics of classification and classification of internal ointment written by Sun Simiao,classifies and arranges the prescription and medicine characteristics of internal ointment prescription,and probes into the law and characteristics of prescription and medicine disease syndrome of internal ointment prescription.Results(1)the internal ointment prescription database and drug database of Qianjin Fang were established,and 69 prescriptions of Sun’s internal ointment prescriptions,147 kinds of drugs,and 632 times of drug use were sorted out.According to the category of volume,the prescription of Sun’s internal ointment was classified into 28 volumes,including women,gallbladder organs,seven orifices,dispelling the grain and nourishing the nature.(2)there were 47 ointment prescriptions(68.12%)adapted to deficiency syndrome,and 22 ointment prescriptions(31.88%)adapted to positive syndrome.(3)there were 49 small prescriptions(71.01%)of the ointment prescriptions with the drug flavor number below 10,which ranged from 1-46,with an average of 18.There were 13 pieces of Da fang,accounting for 18.84%,which were between 10-20.There are only 7 large paste prescriptions with more than 20 flavors,accounting for about 10%.(4)in the composition of the ointment,Chinese traditional medicine slices as the main body accounted for 81.96%,fine materials(ginseng,antelope horn)accounted for 1.9%,gum drugs accounted for 0.95%,sugar drugs accounted for 6.17%,and other related food(sake,bitter wine,pig fat cream,bovine pulp,sheep fat,etc.)accounted for 16.14%.(5)there are two kinds of paste preparation: solid(57.97%)and liquid(42.03%).Root paste thin thick state,liquid preparations have paste,paste Yi,paste Chang,paste mi;Solid preparations have paste shop,paste pill.(6)dosage forms,there were three types of ointment ingredients: clear ointment,plain ointment and meat ointment.There were 9 ointment ingredients,accounting for 13.04%,22 ointment ingredients and 38 ointment ingredients,accounting for 55.07%.(7)in terms of the frequency of herbs and prescriptions taken orally,the top three categories were: tonic drugs,used 172 times,accounting for 27.22%;Food category,89 times,accounting for 14.08%;Warm medicine was used 79 times,accounting for 12.5%.Among the drugs of tonifying deficiency,the proportion of tonifying qi accounted for accounting for 59.88%,and the proportion of Yin tonifying drugs,Yang tonifying drugs and Yang tonifying drugs was similar.(8)the medicine commonly used in the ointment prescription is mainly xinjan warm and hot,mainly into the spleen,heart,lung and kidney.(9)the main use of "medicine and food from the same source" material ointment,accounting for about50%.(10)there are 10 kinds of solvent commonly used in Sun’s internal ointment formula,in order: bitter wine(vinegar),water,wine,honey,rehmannia glutinosa juice,ginger juice,flax oil,ginger juice,pig fat,sheep fat,milk.ConclusionBefore the opening of Tang Dynasty,Sun Simiao’s prescription for internal use of ointment was the most numerous,the most nourishing and the most colorful in the treatment of diseases and the range of treatment is the most extensive,and the types and dosage forms are also rich and colorful.Sun’s internal ointment prescription pays attention to the deficiency and deficiency of the viscera,specialized ointment and syndrome differentiation.Make good use of xingan warm and tonic drugs and the homologous substances of medicine and food,and create a precedent of taking ointment prescription to nourish and keep in good health.
