Clinical Study Of Treating Anxiety Insomania(Liver Depression Transforms Fire)with Shuanghe Zaoren Granules Based On The Theory Of Liver Storing Soul

1 Purpose Based on the liver storing soul theory,this paper discusses the clinical efficacy of Shuanghe Zaoren granules in the treatment of anxiety insomnia(syndrome of liver depression forming fire),and expands the research on the indications of Shuanghe Zaoren granules,aiming to explore safe and effective drugs for anxiety insomnia patients,especially suitable for long-term maintenance treatment.2 MethodsSelect 100 cases from Wu Hu encephalopathy of hospital of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient service,accord with anxiety insomnia(syndrome of liver depression forming fire)patients.According to random grouping,100 patients were equally divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with Shugan Jieyu Capsule alone,while the observation group was treated with Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with Shuanghe Zaoren granules.The course of treatment for both groups was 3 weeks.Record the Pittsburgh Scale(PSQI)scores,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment of the two groups of patients,and record the occurrence of adverse reactions.All data are statistically and analyzed by SPSS21.0 statistical software to observe the clinical efficacy of Shuanghe Zaoren Granules in the treatment of anxiety-induced insomnia.3 ResultsA total of 97 patients were actually enrolled in the two groups,including 48 in the control group and 49 in the treatment group.After data analysis,there was no statistically significant difference in general information(including age,gender,course of disease),Pittsburgh Scale(PSQI)score,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score,and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),the two sets of data are comparable.After treatment,the PSQI score,HAMA score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment,and the difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.01);moreover,the scores of patients in the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.01).The clinical effective rate of the two groups showed that the effective rate was 85.71% in the treatment group and 68.75% in the control group,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the treatment group and the control group had significant differences in HAMA,PSQI and TCM syndrome scale scores(P<0.01),and there were no adverse reactions in the two groups of patients during the treatment.4 Conclusion⑴ Anxiety insomnia is more common in clinical practice,this study is based on the theory of the soul hiding in the liver,starting from the pathogenesis of anxiety insomnia,and it proposes therapies for soothing the liver,clearing the fire,and calming the mind,using of Shuanghe Zaoren Granules is effective in treating anxiety and insomnia(syndrome of liver depression forming fire).⑵ After treatment,the symptoms of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly improved,among them,the TCM signs and symptoms of the treatment group were significantly less than those of the control.It shows that Shuanghe Zaoren Granules has a favourableselect effect on the symptom treatment of liver depression and transforming fire,which suggests that it has achieved certain effects in the subjective experience of patients.⑶ Both treatment groups can improve the clinical symptoms of anxiety-induced insomnia caused by liver depression and fire.The treatment group is better than the control group in improving patients’ sleep,relieving anxiety,and reducing TCM syndromes,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.It is suggested that Shuanghe Zaoren Granules may improve the physical symptoms of patients with insomnia and anxiety,and it is worthy of further research.
