| Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of intradermal acupuncture combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimu lation(rTMS)in the treatment of post-stroke depression(PSD).At the same time,to compare whether the combination of intradermal acupuncture with rTMS is better than that of rTMS alone in the treatment of PSD.Methods: According to the principle of randomization, the 60 cases were divided into two groups: the treatment group(intragermal acupuncture +rTMS)and the control group(simple rTMS)with 30 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were given conventional medical treatment and rehabilitation training for stroke. The patients in the control group were treated with 100% intensity 10 Hz rTMS on the basis of conventional treatment, and the patients in the treatment group were treated with intradermal acupuncture on the basis of the control group. Before and after treatment,Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD-24),Barthle Index(BI)and Stroke Specialized Quality of Life(SS-QOL)were used to score patients in the two groups. Then statistical methods are used to analyze the evaluation results, and finally, discussing and draw conclusions based on the data analysis results. Results :(1)There was no significant differences in age, course of disease, gender, type of stroke, hemiplegic side and other general information between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)HAMD score before treatment in both groups had no significant difference(P>0.05);HAMD score after treatment, two groups of patients was reduced and the and the treatment group is lower than the control group, the difference statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Before treatment, there was no significant difference in SS-QOL score and BI index between the two groups(P> 0.05);After treatment, the scores of SS-QOL and BI index in both groups were higher than before, and the scores in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.01).(3)Comparison of clinical efficacy, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 87%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Intradermal acupuncture combined with rTMS in the treatment of PSD can effectively improve the degree of depression, improve the quality of life and activities of daily living, and has better clinical efficacy than rTMS alone. |
