| Objective: The rising incidence of chronic renal failure,due to a lack of ideal treatment in the modern medical treatment,combined with the traditional advantages of Chinese medicine,so optimization of comprehensive treatment is of great significance,this study by observing the ginseng and astragalus when to add and subtract the therapy for the treatment of chronic renal failure CKD3-4 spleen and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome clinical curative effect,provide experience and reference for clinical comprehensive making.Methods: This study aims to collect patients with chronic renal failure stage 3-4 in the inpatient and outpatient departments of the Department of Nephrology of Wuhu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to November 2020,with the syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney qi and Yin.A total of 60 patients were screened and randomly divided into Shenqi Dihuang plus or minus prescription group(treatment group)and symptomatic Western medicine treatment group(control group),with 30 patients in each group.Both groups in the western medicine symptomatic treatment,diet treatment,decompression,control blood sugar,correct electrolyte disorders,etc.),ginseng and astragalus treatment group on the basis of the used when to add and subtract,two groups of treatment for 12 weeks,after the course,gathering all patients before and after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,symptom integral and related laboratory data,statistical analysis.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference in the general information(gender,age,disease course,CKD stage,primary disease)and various pre-treatment data(TCM syndrome scores,clinical scores,laboratory indicators,etc.)between the treated group and the control group(P>0.05),indicating comparability.2.Comparing the clinical efficacy,the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was93.3%,and that of the control group was 56.7%.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of syndrome treatment in the treatment group was 96.7%,and that in the control group was 50%.The efficacy of syndrome treatment in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.In terms of TCM syndrome scores and scores of major symptoms,the decrease in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),which can improve the symptoms of patients.4.After the course of treatment,the damage of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,24 h urinary protein,plasma albumin and glomerular filtration rate in 2 groups were improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The improvement of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,24 h urinary protein,plasma albumin and glomerular filtration rate in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Shenqi Dihuang Decoction plus or minus decoction combined with basic western medicine treatment has a good therapeutic effect on patients with spleen and kidney qi and Yin deficiency syndrome in CKD stage 3-4,which is more effective than symptomatic western medicine treatment alone in improving the clinical symptoms of patients.2.Shenqi Dihuang Decoction can effectively reduce the levels of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and 24 h urine protein in patients with chronic renal failure(CKD)stage 3-4,improve the glomerular filtration rate and plasma albumin level,so as to protect the renal function of patients and improve the nutritional status of patients.3.Shenqi Dihuang Decoction has certain safety in clinical use,with no obvious adverse reactions and side effects.4.The instructor used Shenqi Dihuang Decoction to treat the syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney qi and Yin in CKD stage 3-4,which was an innovative application of traditional Chinese medicine classic prescriptions in clinical practice,giving full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic renal failure. |
