Theoretical Research And Clinical Application Of "Spleen Storing Nutrients" In Neijing By Professor He Xiaohui

Purpose:Professor He Xiaohui is a national famous Chinese medicine doctor,one of the first famous Chinese medicine doctors in Jiangxi Province,one of the first famous Chinese medicine teachers in Jiangxi Province,and the third,fourth and fifth batches of famous old Chinese medicine academic inheritance guidance teacher.He studied classics such as The Classic of Internal Medicine,Treatise on Typhoid and Miscellaneous Diseases,and Treatise on Spleen and Stomach.He has been engaged in TCM diagnosis and treatment for more than 50 years and has accumulated rich theoretical and clinical experience.In his early years,Professor He Xiaohui found the absence of the theory of "Spleen Cangying" in the teaching materials,and believed that the spleen also had some contents.Therefore,he devoted himself to studying the theory of "Spleen Cangying",elucidating its connotation,and applying it in clinical practice,which achieved some achievements.On the basis of existing achievements,this study further discusses the meaning of "nutrient" in neijing,revealing the physiological and pathological mechanism of "spleen" battalion,summarize what division on the basis of the theory of "spleen" battalion treatment not benign disease and nutrition metabolic diseases,academic thoughts and clinical experience,for the traditional Chinese medicine clinical prevention and treatment of these diseases to provide new ideas."in Huangdi Neijing is of great academic value,but it has been neglected for a long time.His tutor,Professor He Xiaohui,devoted himself to the study of the theory of "Spleen storing nutrients",elucidated its connotation,and applied it to clinical practice,which achieved some achievements.On the basis of existing achievements,this study further discusses the ideas.Methods:This paper is divided into three steps,which are the study of "nutrients",the study of the theory of "spleen storing nutrients" and the clinical application:1.The first comb through literature retrieval study that the ancient physicians on "nutrient" in neijing,and neijing text as the main basis,combining with the expound the acknowledgement and exegetical study of "nutrient","flourish","nutrient qi","nutrient blood","nutrient yin" camp to the meanings of the academic term,from the preliminary to the meaning of the concept of "nutrient" theory of traditional Chinese medicine is defined,and the generation of "nutrient" and analyzes and discusses the physiological function.2.The second discusses and reveals the mechanism of "Spleen storing nutrients" through the three parts of "Spleen","store" and "nutrient",and discusses in detail the eight links of the main movement and transformation of "Spleen storing nutrients" as well as the pathological changes and symptoms of "Spleen storing nutrients",and deeply discusses the connotation of the theory of "Spleen storing nutrients" in "Neijing".3.Finally,a comprehensive analysis of Professor He’s application of the theory of "Spleen storing nutrients" in the prevention and treatment of malnutrition diseases and metabolic diseases was made,and Professor He’s academic thoughts and clinical experience were summarized.Results:1.In the first chapter,I realized that "nutrient" in traditional Chinese medicine has two meanings: one is the essence of water and grain;The second is the nutrient qi.The main source of nutrient is water and grain,which needs the transport and transformation of spleen and stomach to enter the human body,and the generation of nutrient cannot be separated from diet and spleen and stomach.The camp has many physiological functions,such as nourishing body,rejuvenating qi and blood,so the nutrient is the material basis of human life activities.Nutrient qi is the living matter derived from nutrient(water and grain essence).Nutrient is the source,and nutrient qi is the flow.2.The second chapter recognizes that the concept of spleen dissection in Chinese medicine is the pancreas of modern medicine,but the spleen in Chinese medicine is based on the theory of Tibetan image and the holistic view centered on the five viscera.Its functions far exceed the range of pancreas functions and cover the functions of multiple organs and systems related to food digestion and substance metabolism."Storage" has two meanings of storage and hosting,that is,the spleen stores nutrients and hosts the metabolism of human body."Spleen storing nutrients" means that the spleen is the center of digestion and material metabolism,which is responsible for the metabolism of nutrients in the human body.At the same time,it is of great significance to understand the theory of "Spleen storing nutrients" to realize the "Spleen storing nutrients" mainly through the function of spleen main movement and transformation,which can be divided into eight stages and four stages.It is of guiding significance for the clinical application of the theory of "Spleen storing nutrients" to realize that the abnormal function of"Spleen storing nutrients" will lead to two kinds of pathological changes:deficiency of spleen and non-movement of spleen.3.The third chapter
