| Objective: To study and compare the heart rate variability of the anxiety disorder group and the normal group in three different states of "sitting state-standardized load exercise-meditation recovery state" and to analyze and compare the autonomic nervous function adjustment state of the two groups of subjects. The influence of emotions in patients with anxiety disorders on autonomic nervous function. At the same time, the emotional characteristics of patients with anxiety are collected through the TCM Emotion Scale and the visceral symptom classification table is used to determine the invaded viscera,to study the influence of the emotional aspirations of patients with anxiety on the qi machine of the viscera, and to explore the pathogenic mechanism of the emotional anxiety of anxiety. It is expected to provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of anxiety. Methods: 60 test subjects were recruited voluntarily and signed an informed consent form to join this research project Item.Specifically, there are 30 people in the anxiety group, and the inclusion criteria are: meet the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Mental Disorder Classification and Diagnostic Standards 3rd Edition(CCMD-3)anxiety disorder, and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score is≥14,and the clinical diagnosis is anxiety. There are 30 people in the normal group, and the criteria for inclusion are: healthy people with no history of anxiety attacks and HAMA<8 points.A business card type heart rate variability recorder(produced by Shenyang Weijin Gene Technology Co.,Ltd.)was used to test and record the heart rate variability of the subjects in the anxiety group and the normal group in the three phases of "sitting state-standard load exercise-sitting recovery state".The emotional characteristics of the anxiety group were observed with the emotion measurement questionnaire and the affected viscera were identified with the symptom classification table of TCM.Results: 1.Comparison results of heart rate variability indicators:(1)After a paired-sample T test was performed on the data in the group,it was found that the LF value of the frequency domain index in the normal group was in the sedentary recovery state stage(the third stage)compared to the standard load exercise state stage(The second stage)decreased significantly, and the difference was obviously statistically significant(P<0.05);the HF value and LF/HF value in the frequency domain index showed no significant difference in the three different state stages(P>0.05).The LF value of the frequency domain index in the anxiety group was significantly lower in the second stage(standardized load exercise state)than in the first stage(sitting state)(P<0.01),and in the third stage(sitting recovery state)than in the second stage(Standardized load exercise state)was significantly increased(P<0.01),and in the third stage(sitting recovery state)was lower than that in the first stage(sitting state),but there was no significant difference(P>0.05);HF value was in the third stage(sitting state)The recovery state)is significantly higher than the first stage(sitting state)and the second stage(standard load exercise state)(P<0.01).The HF value is in the first stage(sitting state)and the second stage(standard load exercise state))No significant difference(P>0.05);LF/HF value in the second stage(standard load exercise state)is significantly lower than that in the first stage(sitting state)(P<0.01),in the third stage(sitting recovery state)It is slightly higher than the second stage(standard load exercise state),but there is no significant difference(P>0.05).(2)After an independent sample T test was performed on the frequency domain index data of heart rate variability between the two groups,it was found that the anxiety group was compared with the normal group, and the frequency domain index LF value,HF value and LF/HF value were all in three different stages. There is a significant difference(P<0.01),among which the LF and HF values of the anxiety group were significantly lower than the normal group in the three different state stages, while the LF/HF values of the anxiety group were significantly higher than the normal group in the three different state stages.(3)The comparison of the average values of the frequency domain indicators LF and HF of the two experimental groups found that in the three different state stages, the average values of LF and HF of the normal group were significantly higher than those of the anxiety group, indicating the autonomy of the normal group. The nerve activity was significantly higher than that of the anxiety group;relative to the average value of LF,the average value of HF in the anxiety group decreased more significantly than that of the normal group, indicating that the parasympathetic nerve activity of the anxiety group decreased more significantly. The average value of LF/HF in the anxiety group in the three different state stages was significantly higher than that in the normal group, while the average value of LF/HF in the anxiety group was the highest in the sedentary state and the lowest in the standardized load exercise state, suggesting the sympathetic nerves of the anxiety group Hyperfunction is most obvious in the sitting state, and the sympathetic nerve function activity of the anxiety group is relatively reduced in the standardized load exercise state.(4)After statistical analysis of the average RR interval of the two groups of test subjects, comparing the anxiety group with the normal group, there was no significant difference in the average RR interval between the two groups in the three different state stages(P>0.05).In the anxiety group, there was a significant difference in the average value of the RR interval in the standard load exercise state and the sitting recovery state compared with the sitting state stage(P<0.05);at the same time, the normal group was in the standard load exercise state, sitting In the recovery state stage, compared with the sitting state stage, the average value of the RR interval is also significantly different(P< 0.05).Comparing the change trend graph of the average RR of the two groups,it is found that the overall trend of the RR interval time limit of the anxiety group in the three different state stages is gradually decreasing, and the overall trend of the RR interval time limit of the normal group in the three different state stages It also decreased gradually, but the rate of decrease was smaller than that of the anxiety group, suggesting that the heart rate of the anxiety group rose faster than that of the normal group. At the same time,it was found that the heart rate of the anxiety group was higher than that of the normal group in the same state, indicating that the anxiety group had sympathetic hyperfunction.2.Emotional distribution of anxiety patients results:among 30 patients with anxiety disorder, there was one patient with normal emotion(3.3%),and 29 patients with abnormal emotion(96.7%).There were 13 patients with abnormal emotion, accounting for 43.3%,7 patients with sad emotion,23.3%and 9 patients with panic emotion, accounting for 30% of the total.3.Distribution of viscera types of TCM symptoms in anxiety patients: According to the principle of TCM syndrome differentiation,30 cases of anxiety patients’ TCM symptoms were classified into(1)liver and gallbladder,(2)heart and small intestine,(3)Spleen and stomach,(4)Lung and large intestine,(5)Kidney and bladder. There are five viscera categories, and no less than 3symptoms/viscers categories are used as the basis for the classification of viscera. It is found that patients with anxiety disorders have liver There were 23 cases with biliary symptoms;8 cases with heart and small intestine symptoms;20 cases with spleen and stomach symptoms;12 cases with lung and large intestine symptoms;11 cases with kidney and bladder symptoms; The most common symptom in the liver and biliary organs of anxiety patients is irritability, the most common symptom in the heart and small intestines is palpitations and insomnia, and the most common symptom in the spleen and stomach organs is abdominal distension and poor appetite. The most common symptom in the lungs and large intestines is chest tightness and shortness of breath, and the most common symptom in the kidneys and bladder is the frequency of urination.Conclusion:(1)After comparing and analyzing the heart rate variability of the two groups of test subjects,it can be inferred that anxiety can cause the body’s sympathetic nerve activity to be relatively hyperactive(yin deficiency and yang),and parasympathetic nerve activity is relatively insufficient(yin partial failure).(2)The emotions of anxiety patients are mainly anger, panic, and abnormal emotions such as sadness and anxiety.According to the holistic thinking and the law of restraint of the five elements,it can be inferred that the emotion of anxiety affects the qi of each organ. There are effects on the machine, but the main effects are concentrated in the liver, kidneys, and lungs.(3)Clinically,the most common TCM symptoms of various organs in anxiety disorders are irritability(liver and gallbladder),palpitation and insomnia(heart and small intestine),abdominal distension and poor appetite(spleen and stomach),chest tightness(lung and large intestine),Frequency of urination(kidney and bladder). |
