Abstract/Summary:
The upper ureter is a component of the urinary system whose function is to drain urine into the lower urinary tract.Urinary system diseases can lead to abnormal urine flow and affect human health,especially urinary tract stricture and obstruction are the most common.The diseased urinary tract obstructs the excretion of urine,which greatly affects the dynamic characteristics,and causes pathological changes in urinary tract tissues,and even harm health.The current treatment for urinary tract diseases is mostly invasive,and there are few noninvasive urodynamic detection and treatment.Therefore,non-invasive detection and treatment technology has become a new direction of clinical urology.Based on urinary medicine as the research background,obstructed upper urinary tract ureteral models with different degrees of stricture and stone diameters of 4 mm,5 mm and 6mm were established,using the research thinking,the theory of mechanical dynamics,and the combination of technology and the upper urinary tract,based on the theory of FSI to study urinary tract urine flow dynamic characteristics,and compared with the rigidity of mechanical piping analysis,to find the the dynamic characteristics of the model with different stenosis and obstruction.In this paper,different models of upper urinary tract were simulated at different perfusion flow rates respectively.The results showed that the dynamic characteristics of urinary tract inlet pressure,maximum stress and others were significantly changed in the severe stenosis model and the urinary tract model with stone size larger than 6mm,which were greatly affected and prone to damage and pathological changes.Under the concept of multidisciplinary multidisciplinary intersection,this subject will be urinary medicine combined with mechanical fluid analysis research,help to better understand the urodynamic characteristics of the urinary tract and the force changes of the urinary tract under actual conditions,to solve the problem of urinary medicine provides a thought and method,expect to help with the patient’s treatment,for noninvasive urine dynamics testing technology research and development to provide theoretical basis.
