Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Jianning Decoction Combined With Lofn External Application In Treating Rotator Cuff Injury Of Wind-cold And Damp Arthralgia Type

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jianning decoction combined with Flurbiprofen cataplasm for external use and Flurbiprofen cataplasm for external use combined with functional exercise for treatment of wind-cold-damp Arthralgia type of rotator cuff injury,to study the clinical value of Jianning decoction,to provide a basis for clinical application of Jianning decoction in the treatment of rotator cuff injury,and to provide a new scheme for clinical application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of rotator cuff injury.Methods:According to the criteria,64 patients with rotator cuff injury of wind-cold-dampness-arthralgia type were randomly divided into control group and observation group in October 2020,each group had 32 cases.In the control group,flurbiprofen cataplasm was used in combination with functional exercise once a day and once a time.The observation group was treated with Jianning decoction plus oral reduction combined with Flurbiprofen cataplasm for external use with functional exercise,one dose daily,decoction,two times in the morning and evening,150 ml each time(the method of external use of Flurbiprofen cataplasm was the same as the Control Group).Experimental Group and Control Group were treated with 2 weeks for a course,a total of two courses of observation.Before treatment,all patients in the two groups were recorded with gender,age,course of disease,Vas Pain Scale Score,OSS shoulder function score and CMS shoulder function score,and the data were analyzed with SPSS22.0.After the course of treatment,VAS pain scale score,OSS shoulder function score and CMS shoulder function score were recorded,and the records were used as the therapeutic index for statistical analysis.RESULT:1.SPSS22.0 software was used to analyze the age,sex and course of disease of the two groups before treatment.The results showed that p > 0.05,no statistical significance,can be compared.2.Vas Pain Scale Score: SPSS22.0 software was used to analyze the VAS scores of the two groups before treatment.The results showed that p > 0.05,no statistical significance,can be compared.After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were analyzed by repeated measures,and the results were p < 0.05,which showed that both groups could relieve the patients’ pain,and the observation group was better than the control group.2.CMS shoulder function score: SPSS22.0 software was used to analyze the CMS score of the two groups before treatment,and the result was p > 0.05,no statistical significance,can be compared.After treatment,repeated analysis of variance of CMS score in two groups showed that both groups could improve the function of shoulder joint,and the observation group was better than the control group.4.Oss Shoulder Joint Score:SPSS22.0 software was used to analyze the OSS scores of the two groups before treatment,and the results showed that p > 0.05,no statistical significance,can be compared.After treatment,the OSS score of the two groups was analyzed by repeated measures.The result was p < 0.05,which showed that there were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment.5.OVERALL EFFECT OBSERVATION: Observation Group cured 5 cases,effective17 cases,effective 8 cases,ineffective 2 cases,the overall effective rate 93.75%;control group cured 2 cases,effective 10 cases,effective 15 cases,ineffective 5 cases,the overall effective rate 84.38%.By rank sum test analysis,Z =-2.482,p = 0.013 <0.05,with statistical significance,it shows that the clinical effect of the observation group is better than the control group.Conclusion: Both groups were effective in the treatment of rotator cuff injury,however,the therapeutic effect of Jianning decoction plus or minus oral administration combined with functional exercise of Flurbiprofen cataplasm in the observation group was significantly better than that of Flurbiprofen cataplasm in the control group,the Observation Group has more remarkable curative effect on relieving the pain and restoring the function of shoulder joint.Therefore,Jianning decoction in the treatment of rotator cuff injury has an important clinical value,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
